Awwww glad to see you ventured out today..... Sorry to hear they were not able to fix the pain issue.... Maybe in a few days it will change or they can at least figure out what is causing the pain... Awesome to hear that the chemo so far has not taken a toll on you... Actually have known some that was lucky in that aspect... One of my friends dad side effect was it made his food taste off and got to where he said only oranges seem to taste right so he ate a lot of them lol....

Just hang in there and know you are in our thoughts......

Im with U every step of the way!!! I had a horrible night last night and no sleep cause of the pain but when I watched the sunrise with my dog at my side, I realized how truly wonderful life is!! U are awesume Bro and I admire your courage!!! Its tough at times but its a fight worth fighting!!!

Sending hope and prayer your way. . Just a heads up :) My ex is also suffering at the moment from this "unnecessary evil". His is in his right Kidney. He sometimes eats a few mouthfuls if he's in too much pain to eat. He mainly drinks lots of water, which seems to get rid of colon pains and stomach pains quicker. I've seen him having to sleep a lot throughout it all, too. As he tells me it knocks seven bells out of him. Some days it leaves him with bathroom problems, but nothing a laxative won't fix. Both you and him are in my constant prayers. I'm sure you already know not to rush your recovery, so I really do understand a bit of what you're going through. I'm not trying to be patronizing or talk down to you. As that pisses patients off. Wishing you a speedy recovery, if it takes a while, well you still get through it fine. Btw, My ex said sometimes his pain level is more like twenty out of ten. I'm volunteering with helping him get comfortable and getting him stuff. Best of luck :)

Hoping you had a nice Thanksgiving and was able to eat some turkey.. I spent a few days in Pennsylvania with my daughter and her family, we had snow... brrr!

Just remember to take one day at a time..don't worry about the rest, just enjoy what you can today.. You're always in my prayers..

Hey Doll hope you are hanging in there. Keeping you on the God Bless list. Looks like I am going to be volunteering with a Greif Support group for Caregivers in the new year. Hospice ask me to at least consider it. Figure I can do this as it is close for me to do.
