Catching up reading your thread since been kind of behind this week trying to catch up a little before Sacramento gets soggy. So far nothing like what the poor East Coasters have endured but always nervous we will get ripped up again by the winds.

So glad you are doing better. You are starting to sound more like yourself again. Hang in there I have kept you on my Big guy list even though I haven't been posting a few days.

LOL have to laugh you are getting all the diet advice. I am noteing for further reference. I am living on twinkies lol. Between major employers Campbells and Hostess going down in Sacramento we will be eating pretty much what we can get. Dang closed the favorite Dog joint so all the food-nic's are probably dancing in the street. Some how my advice is just eat anything you have a taste for and more better if it is served in booby shots. lol LOL I would send you a pic of mine but don't want to make you cry and the Dr.Pepper can is cold .

Sometimes a few bites at a time whenever is really better at keeping down than too much. Dad liked the Nutella to cover nasty taste in his mouth and freezing the WalMart Brand Essure made it easier for him to hold his body mass. The flavors they sell at the cake deco stores or the Asian markets can give the Vanilla flavor some variety. Useing a thermos cup can help keep things the temperature you want.

I have zero appetite and the weight is falling off me so I am already tired of people talking about food. Not doing chemo here but hair falling out so probably stress from burglery trial being continually reset. When you get well you can probably come out and go with me to their early parole hearings so I can keep them in jail as long as possible. Wish I could take the whole Mingle Gang that would shock the heck out of them. They did do a big gang sweep in Stockton the city just south of us. Everyone is worrying about who is invadeing who in the Middle East and ignoreing the fact that we are already invaded here. Think it is funny that weinne General is getting caught with his pants down. Can remember several of his type trying to play grab *** with the young officers wives back in the day. You tax payers want to save some bucks for your retirement might want to check into how many of your tax dollars have been blown on senior ranking officers picadilos and partying. Going to be funny how many of the Rif'ded are going to be spilling the beans. Jackie Collins will seem tame.

Ghost someone gave me some books on CD do you like to listen to that sort of thing? If you do let me know.

Friday I had arthroscopic...removed bone spur.
However, they were wrong.
Didnt remove the pain.
Been a rough few days.
Chemo hasnt really bothered me yet,but ive only had 2 treatments.
Still have a rather good appetite...between pain meds!
Sleep most of the time and just havnt felt up to much.
Lil better today!!
