I’d like to keep this as personal and non-political as possible.

This is a two part question.

What does the American Dream mean to YOU?

Are you living it?

Oooo, something upbeat and not about realtionships...Yea!

My definition of The American Dream is two part...Traditionally it means equality and democracy which I enjoy...The second part of The American Dream is personal ...For me it is health, happiness, and the love and respect of those I love and respect...Prosperity means nothing more to me than having the basic tools needed for survival....Everything else is a bonus, a privilege, or the fruits of hard labor and practical living...My goals are driven more by a desire to feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day than by the material reward....

I always thought the American dream meant a truly classless society where everyone is equal. No, I'm not living it.

As close to freedom as a group of people this size can get. We will never stop working on that one. We do as a group stumble a lot, but I think that's because we are actually taking steps. The American dream is about discovery, and about her discoverers.

Come good or bad I'm a part of that dream, and have chosen to live it with a passion.

Cool topic :) To me the American Dream is being able to live in peace, with no one having to go without. To be surrounded by the ones you love. Therefore I try to do my best every day to make the world a better place. :)
