5 Types of Bad Kissers

By Haley

Sharing a kiss with someone is considered a new milestone in a relationship. Kissing is a signal to notify that your relationship is just going up to the next level. Other than sex, it’s a way that two people can connect physically and magically. I know it takes a lot of time for an inexperienced to prepare and practice kissing with their fist. Getting to know how not to be a bad kisser is a must. Don’t let anyone label you as a bad kisser with just one first kiss. So what is a bad kisser?

5-Types-of-Bad-Kisser

1. Bad breath

Stinky breath can be smelled miles away. The one who can handle a long kiss with someone who has bad breath must be either nose-deaf or super nose-deaf. Maybe you are okay with the way your breath smells but please think for others, especially your loved ones. Life is tough enough, brush your teeth, use some mints, check if any of the food you just ate is still stuck in your teeth, and don’t let your partner have to suffer. Bad breath can easily kill the most romantic time and your vulnerable love life. And cigarette smoke is not a perfume for your mouth. Try to brush your teeth or don’t smoke at all before kissing someone.

2. Too much tongue

A little bit of saliva can’t kill anyone off but too much of it is a different story. No one wants to drown themselves in a pool full of saliva. I dated a guy who drooled when kissing. Needless to say, that relationship did not last very long. Ugh.

3. Gasping for air

When I was a kid, my friend told me that she had to hold her breath when kissing her boyfriend. So I practiced holding my breath because I was afraid my boyfriend would hear my breath or sense it. Until I meet my dream guy, I know that what my friend said is all wrong. Who on earth can hold their breath and kiss for minutes? Well, maybe but it sounds like a competition for the Guinness World Record. Breathing heavily on a person and gasping for air like you are about to die while kissing are huge turn-offs.

4. Not paying attention

Better stop playing with your phone when kissing someone. Kissing is a two-way street. Notice the way your partner wants to be kissed and that’s how you can be better at kissing. Read him or her and figure out what style of the kiss they are interested in. So pay attention, guys.

5. Eye-open

Who’s kissing with their eyes open? Close your eyes and enjoy the kiss. I get it if you want to check on him or her to see if they are enjoying themselves as you do. However, it really kills the mood when someone keeps staring at their partner while kissing. Instead, touch them. Put your hands on their hips, shoulders, and show them that you really care about how they feel even with just a kiss.
