if one initiates a threatening situation (whethet intended or not) they need to be held accountable for their part in the outcome everyone knows a gun shaped cell phone will create a dangerous situation if using it in public not only may it be taken as a deadly weapon by law enforcement it will also possibly create a panic by others in public whether they feel threatened by someone banishing what appears to be a deadly weapon or it may seem that they are about to commit suicide by shooting themselves in the head either of which most likely would result in law enforcement being called for a truly non-emergancy situation taking those officers out of the rotation for dispatch to where they are truly needed for an emergency thus creating a shortage of personnel in the lew enforcement departments in the area causing the need for more officers -- more officers need more money more money means more taxes so every one that complians about the tax hike that occurs to buy more police remember to go out and but your gun cell phone holder but dont b*tch when you get shot for being mistaken for a deadly threat ----- if you are stupid enough to use such an item then maybe the herd does need a little thinning |

if the media reported the news correctly and unbiased then i could agree but they dont even after the email hack happened the media stopped reporting what was in the emails and wrongly accused trump of cohorting with the russians to hack the dnc never that i seen did trump invite russia to hack anyone yes he did say if you find KILLERYS lost emails i hope you release them but KILLERYS illegal email server is owned by an american private citizen and should not have any govt emails on it but this is not relative to the media they just jump to trump being in league with the russians to effect the outcome of the election and ignoring the fact of the emails containing illegal practices used by KILLERY to effect the outcome of the election she lost because she is a crooked politican that stooped to illegal actions to win and got caught doing it |

So let me see if I can figure this out. The people refused to bake a cake for a gay couple directly refused service, didn't bake a cake that was ordered. The Hawaiian restaurant posted a flyer, but there is no indication they refused service to anyone. If you read in the paper tomorrow "Hawaiian restaurant that posted a flyer refused to fulfill my order!" or "Hawaiian restaurant that posted no Trump voters is asking everyone who they voted for to determine who they serve," then you'd have something comparable. That is the same damn thing Not really. Only if they attempt to enforce what they posted. the baker incident was blatantly unconstitutional as congress shall pass no law establishing a religion (and the part that seems always forgotten) nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof the Cristian baker believing as it is written in the bible that homosexual behavior is an abomination was practicing his religious freedom not to promote a behavior that was against his beliefs |

yes, contrary to popular opinion, that wasn't a democrat republican thing,, people from across the political spectrum supported doing what was possible and legal to prevent a presidency that was not supported by the MAJORITY many want california and new york to decide the president truth be told she was behind in the popular vote till california overwhelmingly voted for her (what state has the most illegal aliens wonder how many voted illegally) you need an id for almost everything else an id to vote should be enforced many dont want living in california or new york to make the individual any less or more significant only when IDs come without cost people on welfare must have an id and a birth certificate so cost is not a good argument but yes i agree id should be without cost as should anything the govt wants you to give theman id for (car boat and aircraft registration to name a few and licensing such as fishing hunting and driving) these are things for the govt to follow you around so yes they should be free) welfare does not REQUIRE a photo id,,,,actually, and welfare, unlike voting, is not an express citizenship right, you must be found 'eligible' but we do agree if something is required for exercising a right, it should be provided free of cost everyone i have known on govt asst has had to have a photo id and i have known a few but have moved away from them |
