Come on now,are we that naive to believe, that when some jumped up Celeb or or Politico says something in the heat of the moment,we are actually going take them on their word, these people just like to hear the sound of their own voices, and who cares whether they stay or go,it dose not make a blind bit of difference to us or the way we live, but there we go, OH dear! the world is going to end, Miss fancy knickers, and Mr Mouth, have threatened to leave-run for the Hills.

When they go on tv talk shows and post on social media saying they are leaving its not a heat of the moment statement

They planned it out and thought they were blackmailing people into voting a certain way

So basically they interfered in the U S election and should be held accountable for it.....either they need to leave or be held responsible for interfering in election by emotional celebrity blackmail

how is it blackmail if someone else makes a decision about staying or leaving?

They said they were leaving if the Epson they didn't want to win won

That person won

They tried to use their not so fame to manipulate others to do a certain thing or else they will no longer be one of them

They didn't leave thus meaning it was an empty threat to get others to vote a specific way

So yes it is emotional blackmail

If they would actually leave then they would be credible but they did not so now they are liars that say whatever they can to try and get others to act a certain way

I guess they got put in there place

he is doing what he said he would

unlike most who get elected

everyone who gets elected 'tries' to do things they say they will, that's a given,,, they don't DO much of anything alone though, without the support of the REST OF THE GOVERNMENT,,,

No not all most say what they think people they are in front of want to hear then twist a few words around when in front of another group ... if 1/4 actually planned on doing what they say I would be amazed all of them take oath of office and I doubt if more than an 1/8 of them even know what they agree to do let alone actually do it

Actually, no, he isn't.

He hasn't created any new jobs. He hasn't "saved" any American jobs. He hasn't corrected any of the foreign policy related issues he claimed he would do.

What he has done, is to take undeserved credit for a lot of things that other people did, or were going to do anyway. And he has fired off a series of mostly inconsequential, but dramatic sounding Executive Orders, many of which again either do nothing, or were declared unconstitutional.

The one thing that all his blather, bluster, insults and irresponsible wild antics HAS done, is to persuade a certain kind of people in the US that "he means business" about things they've been hungry to see done. But that's them deluding themselves, not Trump actually "doing" anything.

He has been in office 1 month he has been tough on leaders of other countries told them they need to pull their wieght in the agreements they have with us .... he has called for a meeting on nafta and has study on border wall c9ngress is holding up his ability to do his job by blocking him getting staff members .... what did I you expect a magic wand and it would all happen on jan 21st

the absolute context

absolute: not qualified or diminished in any way; total
in the sense that there is no law 'do this and get that, period' because laws have many qualifiers and allow much discretion,,,,

See, I don't agree with that.

Laws are absolute, they are specifically written.
Qualifiers, discretion, loopholes and circumstances that people utilize to get around the law are actually breaking the absolute law. It happens because Judges are permitted to break laws.

If I write a law that says;
You are not allowed to put your hand on that red hot burner of your stove.
The penalty is that your hand will be burned and you will receive pain.
If a judge hands you a oven mitt you can place your hand on that burner without being burned.
You are still breaking the absolute law but you are doing so from an allowance.
The law is absolute. It reamins absolute because it is written. Just because you got around the law does not mean the law is not absolute.
It remains absolute unless everyone is provided with an oven mitt. At that point, nobody can break the law and that law needs to be recinded or modified.

When laws are not absolutes they are no longer laws they become suggestions

When they are suggestions then the rich can twist the way the laws can be interpreted

Why

Because there are no absolutes

Thus with enough money you are above the law when the laws are not absolutes

Well now everyone is excited because trump is using unconventional methods whether right or wrong he is the holder of the presidency

If you don't like trump being in office and he screws up let's put the blame or the credit where it goes

The world can thank all the corrupt self serving politicians that have been in office that did not protect and serve the country the ones that took the oath of service and basically spit in the face of the voters

All those corrupt office holders did everything they could to advance their bank accounts and the bank accounts of those that bought and paid for their very souls

The "people" got fed up and wanted a change from the same old politics but the "people" are starting to find out it just may be to late ..... trump has those that bought all those corrupt politicians scared too

Now all of them are seeing the possibility of their agenda being endangered

Now this has created even more of the same old govt only worse ... congress is causing a stalling of the govt to run properly because an outsider got the job of president

This refusal of congress to do there job is what is putting the democratic republic of the United States in danger

When congress does not govern properly and blocks basic functions of govt to progress properly the presidency may just dismiss congress and declare a national emergency thus involving martial law

Get your stores built up & stored away where no one knows where you hid them because homeland has the law to confiscate your stores because they want too

I would also suggest calling your representatives & senators and tell them too start doing their job

Most of this broadening of corruption became easier when the states gave up their control of the Senate and permitted the changing of the constitution and permitted senators to be elected by the people in stead of being appointed by each state's statehouse

All sorts of despotic people offering rescue and refuge in the world.

Some want your soul, some your complicity in their crimes (like the Mafia), some want your allegiance in destroying your friends who don't buy in.

The Nazi's and the Communists kept the streets reasonably crime free. The slave owners protected their slaves from most outsiders.

This is yet another example of why the saying "the enemy of my enemy is my friend," is a bald outrageous lie.

You realize our Government has teamed up with the mafia on numerous occasions since the 1930's right?

Very good point it's easy to say give this and give that to the govt but how will it turn out if govt says no

Will those protesters change from protesting to fundraising

If they put as much energy into fund raising as they are protesting there is a good chance they would not need govt money

No matter what they want but abortion is a good example

Tue 02/14/17 05:35 PM

can you make the point more concise then,,,lol

laws are in no way absolutes,, details matter even then

there is no 'do this, get that PERIOD' format to the laws

You just stated the biggest problem with society

How is anyone supposed to know how to act when the govt does not keep its laws precisely enforced

Yes

I would feel the same regardless of who the victim was

the victim will be dead if she is in jail or out

the victim would still be dead whether she went to police or not

none of that is relevant to the fact that she was a minor still developing and with a life ahead of her and never chose to take someones life, but chose to steal

she was not an adult, and took noones life herself

so I feel 25 years is more of an attempted lesson to others than it is justice, and that it should be more than enough

Point is he may have been alive the next day if she didn't agree to commit the crime

If she went to rities b4 crime could have stopped crime caught thief and saved his life

If went after it would shown remorse

Her try n 2 cover up crime shows her callousness and the thought process of a more mature criminal

This forum is proof the govt should have stayed out of a religious ceremony

Look at the confusion that has arose from the govt involvement

Another point govt says a minor is barred from entering a contractual agreement. ... that should in its self answer the age issue

Can a married minor void the contract e to not old enough to enter into a binding contract

If not does that make them an adult thus receiving the rights & responsibilities of an adult such as driving (if pass test) and voting

If not why not .... the govt said they are mature enough to marry which more than likely will lead to having kids ....

Kids are a major responsibility yes you can have kids & not be married but that's not what this is about well actually acing kids unmarried at 14 show immaturity buþ does getting marred magically lead to maturity

Either one is mature or not if govt sets an age then it should be across the board all maturity needed issues should come at the age of an adult

one is mature enough to get pregnant, physically, often before they are mentally or emotionally mature enough to handle pregnancy alone,,,

however , once they are pregnant , the question of maturity is moot, its done, and they are already physically bound to a partner, so the maturity to consent factor of a marriage contract is also no longer a relevant one

You avoided the hole point and went of on having kid marriage is an emotional (mental) response not physical thus maturity is as in the thought process kinda thought the 14yo example made that obvious

Guess I expected 2 much

she served 25 years already

the deceased is not dead by her hands, and will remain dead whether she is in or out of prison, so that isn't really relevant

I disagree that age doesn't matter, it matters a lot when it comes to the development of wisdom and experience still left ahead by which they can become upstanding citizens making upstanding contributions,,,

The man is dead she knew better if she would have reported the murder then she would be out

Would you feel this way of the victim was your grandparent (thankfully it wasn't & hopefully you never suffer such a loss)

To stop crime the punishments must be major enough To stop 1 from committing the crime to begin with
And
Fair enough to the victim

The victim has lost their life @ least she has her life

He is dead and will forever be dead she did not have to commit the crime

She could have called authorities rather than going back and try and cover up the crime

And what

That's what my brother always says when an example is given pointing out his error in a statement

Kinda like email say go there and be disruptive giving writer of email responsibility

my statement was about how I judge people

your response was about legal culpability within businesses

what error was your response addressing?

It is from a post stating that if someone receives an email saying to go somewhere and do something disruptive and then the sender of the email is an ccessory b4 the act

I can't remember the last presidential election that didn't have @ least 4 candidates on the ballot

Voting for lesser of to evils is just ignorant

If enough people would vote for 1 of the other candidates and they became a threat to start winning then the 2 evils may forsake their evil ways

The wasted vote is the vote for someone you don't want to win but voting for someone that won't win will eventually & collectively make a point thus not wasted & not supporting someone you don't want

Bottom line

She committed a crime and a death occurred

If she was not in loved in this crime she wouldn't be there

That death makes her guilty of felony murder

Since being in prison chances are she has been Influenced by many other criminals (she already shown she could be influenced to do wrong)

The person murdered is still dead is he not

It shouldn't matter how old a murderer is the murdered person is still dead no matter the age of the murderer

The family still has the tragic loss of a family member

Many things are unjust in the justice dept her being in prison is not 1 of them

Some of the unjust things are murderers getting out to soon as conviction is overturned the murderer should be punished till the murdered comes back to life

1 2 3 4 6 8 9 10 24 25
