well, he's a citizen, he's over 35 yrs old and he's been a resident for over 14 yrs...so that makes him *eligible to run for the office of president........same as me now, as to being *qualified to run, well that's a horse of a way different color... how does that old adage go ???... you can fool half of the people some of the time and some of the people half of the time but you can't fool all of....umm, something like that, anyway "but you can't fool all of them all of the time (God let's hope not!  )

Wow really ???? Not sure where you are finding women that don't appreciate a man that can cook..  Shhssh now a man in the kitchen that knows how to cook that is sexy right there...  Hell it is one of my requirements is that a man knows how to cook.. well I am right here waiting LOL Romeo when you find that woman that makes your world go around I assure you she will appreciate that you like to cook.... Many women today do not cook as they did in the past... I made sure that my son could cook.. Told him if he wanted to eat he better learn how cause the ones his age sure did not want too.. But really a guy in the kitchen cooking, almost every woman I know thinks it is sexy... Heck most men I know can out cook lots of women... Good for you for teaching your son how to cook! I know a lot of men who can cook well too.. my brother is a scientist and makes incredible meals w/o even consulting a cookbook - makes me crazy! He says it's just like chemistry.. yeah - right .. maybe it's because i failed chemistry that I need a cookbook though I can cook some meals w/o looking ...

Why would anyone even ask such a stupid question? Surely as adults we are all perfectly capable of writing our own profiles without seeking approval from others. If people don't provide a profile as such, then why would anyone even bother sending them a message. As the saying goes -- There ain't such thing as a stupid question, but the stupid answers -- So, to ask for help or tips is actually a wise thing to do, especially, if you're not very self-confident with that dating stuff .. @Clactonlover - I'd say your profile looks a little bit shortish .. still nothing in interests, as the guys above have noticed .. even reading books, listening to music or going to the movies would be something .. One more thing - a warm and nice smile is actually the best ice breaker ever .. so, adding some more pics of yourself might be a good idea .. Wish you good luck on the dating field! Nice response

I can turn the music up as loud as I want to. No one complains when I cook. I don't have to grit my teeth & say yes dear.... I don't have to worry about what kind of mood he'll be in when he gets home. I have control of the remote. I don't have to pick up left over food on the couch in the morning. I could go on & on ..... He complained about your cooking? But your profile says divorced not widowed. Must be a mistake. I wish ! We are both horrible!  Yeah ...but it's so much fun! |

I agree with mo, the media needs news, if it's good they'll find the bad ,and then the big corporations that need the world to look bad, Bader the better to make their billions! Ditto for Chris, mystical, Toody and of course msharmony I agree that the media has way too much power in our society - but then again, who gave them that power? (just a theoretical question) Still I think there's more bad news than bad out there than good - people these days just seem really greedy, rude, entitled and morally bankrupt - I see so many people walking around with their smart phones too grossed to pay attention to the world around them or the person next to them, but that's prob another post. PS - I rarely watch TV- I think most of what's on TV is junk and the news all over the world seems so depressing- reminds me of when I was in high school during the Vietnam War and would hear them give the body count when I came home from school each day, |
