Yeah, I didn’t believe her. I think if Mingle had that, then they would be advertising their own card all over their sites.

I'm betting she was not age appropriate either..probably under 25, eh?
Those are the worst...older guys think these girls are actually interested in a guy old enough to be their dad...then wonder why they get snookered.....laugh

I don't think that is legit...why would someone need a "Mingle ID"?
I have been here for a couple years, and have never been asked for one.

I agree partially, since Ismael was the son of Abraham and he was a Hebrew but NOT an Israelite. The promises go to Jacob and his son and their descendants, and therefore Ismael was a child of the flesh. You mentioned Isaac but he too was a Hebrew and a child of the flesh.

It was prophesized that Ismael and his descendant would become a great and large nation.

This is what God hath to say about Jacob [Deut. 32:9] For the LORD's portion is his people (the israelites), Jacob is the LOT of his inheritance. Meaning he made the world for Jacob.

You must ask yourself if the Jewish people are correct. The Bible tells us that the lineage is determined by the man. He carries the seed and therefore the child is his.
Simply put... you are what your father is. Notice that God consistently mentions the seed line, which is the sperm of the man. The ovary is not mentioned.

If so ("The Bible tells us that the lineage is determined by the man. He carries the seed and therefore the child is his.")
Then Ishmael was Abrahams child, and he has just as much a right as Issac...

If you do not agree...explain why..thank you.

You are right and your observation correct. The topic was however, about Muhammad being the last prophet of God. With [Amos 2:11] I proved that all prophets of God were Israelite men, without exception. Abraham was a Hebrew and not an Israelite. The bloodline goes from Abram to Isaac to Jacob. Jacob and his 12 sons make up the 12 tribes of Israel and jacob and his descendants, are the chosen seed. Check this out:

[Roman 9:7] Neither because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, in Isaac shall that seed be called. Esau was the 1st born child but he sold his birth right to Jacob for one morsel of meat

The blessings, and the promises are for Jacob and his descendants.

tdion

I will not argue with you...as I understand to some Jewish people, they go by the mother..if *she* is Jewish, then the children are automatically Jewish, even if the father isn't.
So, maybe historically they went through the matrilineal side (as they did with Mary, because Joseph wasn't relayed to Abraham...Mary was).
Otherwise, Ishmael was the same bloodline as Issac..i.e. had same father..
Just because someone arbitrarily says they are not going to "acknowledge" something doesn't mean it didn't happen/ isn't true..

A shaved head is a choice, a disability isn't

Some disabilities are brought about by the
choices of the disabled.

Nobody forced Christopher Reeve, onto the
horse that threw him.

And something could happen to you, either at work, or in traveling, that could cause *you* a disabilty....
Not everything shitty involes "choice"..sometimes it is just doing normal stuff at home or work, and something goes wrong...like guys at a construction site when a scaffolding collapses..that has happend in Nashville more than a couple of times over the past decade...

Muhammad was not a prophet. All prophets were Israelites and Muhammad was an Ismaelite.

Do Bibles say that? Where?

Yes, check this out:
[Amos 2:11] And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. It is not even thus, o ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.

God raised up Israelite men to be his prophets and priests. Starting with Mozes. And if you know the bible, you can tell which was the last prophet. Wasn't Muhammad. Islam is a new religion and came 600 years after Christ into existince. The Israelites are the sons and daughters of Jacob and Ismael wasn't. Please, check it out! So, here you have your proof. Notice also that Muhammad is not the way BUT Christ. There are no prophecies in the Koran and the bible prophecies the coming of Christ and not Muhammad. The bible has nothing to do with Muhammad. Christ, the son of God, is the redeemer. If you understood the topic of the bible, you would instantly have known, that Muhammad can NEVER be a prophet of God.

tdion...
As Abram/ Abraham was the father of Ishamel...he IS actually descended from the same bloodline as Issac..can't dispute that, unless you go by the Mother's side instead (which they seem to have done with Mary)....
Also, , Abraham marries a second wife, Keturah, who bears him six children (Gen 25:1-4). These children, too, are the ancestors of various Arabian groups, including the Midianites. And Gen 25:6 mentions Abraham’s sons by concubines, suggesting that he had even more children; they, too, are residents of the “east country.” When all of these descendants are taken into account, the size of Abraham’s family—encompassing ancient Israel and numerous peoples of the Arabian Peninsula—is enormous.

This film says there are verses in the Old Testament and New Testament referring clearly to Prophet Muhammad and that he is the last of Allah's Prophets.
Is it true?

NO

The video shows the name Mahammad was found in Hebrew Bible = מחמד

For those of us who don't have time or inclination to watch videos, when a simple written post would work....what are the verses referenced...since YOU apparently watched it..
Thanks

No reason to post here who they are we do not handle that area.. and it is against the Site's Forum Rules. That is the reason it got deleted.

All we can advise is to Report them & let Admin determine what to do.

Other than that you are welcome to contact Support with the Issue

I don't name them (other than to mention when they use celebrities names once or twice, 'cause that's funny as h**l)..
I was referring to then specifics of how to tell they are scammers...I understand they don't want that shared here, because then the scammers will see, and know we are on to THAT tactic...
Peace.

Hi, are scammers actually dealt with on Mingle2? I've reported a couple and their profiles are still active? One guy was even passing himself off as a famous ttv doctor..

Me too, I still see some I have reported.

Then maybe report them again.. But if the site can not find a reason to believe they are a scammer then the profile will remain.. Just cause members report them, does not mean they will be banned there must be some proof to a report in order to do so.

I am not allowed to say why I believe they are scammers on here....but, I do some checking before I report them, so...I dunno...

If you do check then it might help to put what you found with the link in the report.. As I stated unless they have a reason besides others just saying they are scammers then they will remain at times..

And if it is something that was said off this site in persoanl e-mails the site can not go off of that..

Admin do not have time to research every pic ect.. all added info helps them to determine what course to take.

Kristi

I always send along the proof/ the results of my checking that they are..
Again, you guys don't want me to say *specifically* on here what it is (last time I did that, it was deleted)..

when someone blows you a kiss or likes you....When you message them...They reply back wanting your personal Email Address so they can talk worh you there....Do you think thats cool...Or it's not...????

People who do that are normally "phishing" for your personal information, including name, email address, telephone numbers, etc. for nefarious purposes. Don't reply to anyone who can't send an actual message, or more than the usual spam messages. Report that ad to M2; they do delete many ads I've flagged. If you like someone/their photo/whatever, just send a message and tell them.

An easy system is a verification process. New profiles provide a photo holding up a sheet pf paper with a system generated message on it, matched to IP address maybe. 99% of accounts I reckon are either African scammers or spam bots trying to get you to sign up to another site.

The site maybe free, but as a subscriber I will not renew my subscription and will be closing down my account soon. Enough is enough

Steve

Scammers are on every dating site; not just this one.

I was previously on a paying dating site and they were on there too!

And, there is a beginner's guide up here for new users. If people would just read it, maybe scammers could be isolated, because they seem to thrive on the despairation of people to find a partner

IP adresses were mentioned as well. This might not work, since some internet providers use a flexible IP address.

Larsi666....
*I* am their "target" audience...older, overweight, not much to look at, lonely...
And yet *I* can spot 'em right away..with their BS intitial messages...
I have a way to out them that works 100% of the time, but can't post it in here....
But, yeah...I've never let one go past the first message or two...
Plus (hope they let *this* stay)..reverse image search is a wonderful thing..

One cannot know the dynamics of that couple's relationship..even as friends.. We only see what they choose to show the world .. behind closed doors, they may have certain understandings that the world is not privy to.. .. perhaps it is ok for him to have lunch with "women" friends. Again we cannot assume we know people or their situations. Best to let things alone.. and always be polite and cordial. It is possible to have friends of the opposite sex regardless of what many tend to believe.

This is interesting response! Yes, men can have Women who are just friends.

That's well and good...as long as everything is above board and everyone knows...
When stuff is kept secret..or hidden from the partner..that's a problem...

True!

Usually the wife doesn't know everything! Imo

Then that is wrong, and deceitful, and is cheating..
If someone approves of cheating..I..well, can't help that...but it is wrong..
In "open" marriages"..everything is above board and in the open....that's the whole point...
