Just do what I did almost ten years ago... sell your TV...

... and I never bought another one...

... its amazing how free thinking one can become when the blaring media box is removed from the living environment...

If you haven't figured this out yet, the "media circus" is but one thing... the propaganda leg of the current government system...

Turn off the blaring boob tube and get a life....

Crossbow and Catapults

You can still buy this game...

http://www.amazon.com/Battleground-3a-Crossbows-Catapults-Chest-Starter/dp/B000NPSVEO

and if you click around on this page, there are lots of pictures of people playing the game

http://www.boardgamegeek.com/images/boardgame/2129

I never had it, but it looked interesting by your mentioning it, so I looked it up on Google... I dig medieval stuff, I would have been right there playing with you on this one... LOL

The newest producers of the game currently have a web site, too:

Since when have bring an event that big to a US city a bad idea? Is when Obama took office? Some people are really discussing. You would rather see the USA fail in anything because of who is in office. I have never known a true American wish such on his or her country. I think these people have a personal issue with our President and could care less about our country, just as long as he fails, they are no better (well a lot worse) then the communist. People like that are the sickening, vile, diseased maggots that need to be exterminated.

I could really care who is/was the President during any Olympics for as long as I have lived... like Disco... the Olympics just plain SUCK...

Good to see you want to invest your money.
Send me a couple Mil. and I'll do a mini version of Husseins stimulus for you.

can you give me an example of when an olymics was bad for a city?...

Let's see... how about the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany, where 11 Israeli athletes were massacred by Palestinian terrorists... ??? not exactly the best Olympics experience to remember there...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich_massacre

In my opinion, the "Olympics" is a major waste of human and natural resources...

... meanwhile, as the hoopla continues, people are starving all over the globe... take the billions spent on this worthless bit of entertainment-itis and do something positive instead of wasteful.

Not like there isn't enough worthless sports entertainment on the globe already...

The last thing I want is a girlfriend from Michigan... I'd hate to be tied down here, in this state of severe unemployment.

I have a friend who lives near Ann Arbor with his wife. They both used to work for Pfizer. They also bought this HUGE house (like 4,000 sq.ft.) with a payment of like $2,750 a month...

... Pfizer pulled out of Ann Arbor in 2006... both of them got layed off at the same time... and now have taken jobs at 1/2 their regular pay. Now they are stuck in Michigan, paying a huge mortgage on a 12-year old house (that is also falling apart by the way)... and his Michigan-born wife refuses to leave to another state where there would actually be WORK for both of them.

As soon as I finish college I am out of here.... ZZZZZZZOOM !!!

Good luck, but I'd be looking for a relationship with somebody from, say, Phoenix, Arizona... where they actually have jobs...

i'm a Katrina victim stuck in mich. rather tired of it. beautiful as it is, there is a rather negative attitude overall, because of the lack of work and because of the clothing year around, it seems like people just ....let themselves go physically and mentally beacuse of despair, and party too damn hard on top of it.....more than they do in new orleans even.....never seen so many people who drink so damn heavy....it's not alcohol anonymous in this state, it's non-drinkers anonymous........if there's anyone else but me.....when i move out.....will anyone here be sober?

You must be hangin' out over near the Pewamo-Westphalia area... lot's of German Catholic drunks over that way... the local Catholic church even has a "Beer Tent" every summer... of which the proceeds go to the church... haha (Not kidding)

Silly Putty...

My Daisy BB Gun...

... my older brother had a Crossman air rifle, that you could pump up and load pellets in the thing...

... we had one of the very first "pong" TV video games by Intellivision...

... the Monopoly board game

... a card game called "Rack-O"

... several different chess sets

... had a small, portable reel-to-reel tape recorder, the reels were only about 3-inches in diameter

... my first stereo system was a Sears and Roebuck all-in-one, it had a turntable, an AM/FM tuner... and had an 8-track tape player on board... the coolest thing about the 8-track unit is that it was set up so that it also RECORDED 8-track tapes through a microphone... then the media became obsolete... used to have a blast recording my friends when I was a kid... it came with a cheap mono microphone... it is still at my parent's house, in the same place it has been since I graduated high school in 1980... still works, too... well at least some parts of it... I don't think it records anymore... you used to be able to buy blank 8-tracks at the department stores... or, you could put a piece of tape across the notch on store bought 8-tracks and record over them... not many people ever got to experience a recordable 8-track player I bet...

... in 1978 I had one of the very first guitar synthesizers... it was called an "ARP Avatar" and my sister loaned me the money to buy it... ARP was at one time a very popular analog synthesizer manufacturer... they put so much money into the ARP Avatar that they went bankrupt... they only produced 300 of the units, ever, and I just happened to get one... they looked like this:

One of my best musical "toys" ever was the electric guitar my parents got me for Christmas in 1976... I still play, I give guitar lessons, and have played professionally on and off all my life...

You might check the Hotel telephone book yellow pages for an escort service outcall, instead of wasting your time here...

...unless of course you are (like) in search of a car bomb or something... sounds like it from the destinations you are stating... probably three of the last places on Earth I'd ever want to go.

Last person I met here... when I got there, was like 100lbs. more in person than in her (very old) profile pictures... and had an emotional/psychological problem of pulling out her hair by the roots as she watched TV... so her profile picture showed this big, sexy, poofy hair-do... but when she crashed out for the night, she took off the wig, and was nearly bald... and went about the house all day the next day with one of those Jewish-type caps, which covered the spot where she pulled all her hair out from

I sincerely swore off ever meeting anybody from one of these dating sites after that... no way, no how... not in a million freaking years, ever... unh-uh...
