Well, I was born in '85 so I don't really say I remember. What I do know is that I was raised by a single mother, and although we only ate one meal a week together, I knew it was so she could provide for my brother, sister and myself.
So, I'm kinda happy with how things are. |

i have nights like that, it sucks ~ i hope you find something that works before it wears you way down.  Thanks bastet. I've been dealing with this my entire life. I get about three hours of sleep a night, and then once exhaustion has hit, I crash and get to sleep a whole eight hours! Wow, right |

Actually, allow me to rephrase that. I can fall asleep, but will wake up at least 10 times a night, and it'll take me forever to go back to sleep.

Much better than last night, thankfully. Only 3 hours of sleep last night though, other then that had a good day! how can you start getting some sleep? you're going to crash eventually and that's not good! I've tried all the classic things, warm milk, other things, even sleeping pills. Nothing works. Thought maybe Nyquil would do the trick, still nothing. My mind keeps me up for stupid crap. |
