Speaking of spicy food in Asia. I was having a meal with a girl at a road side stand in Thailand. On the table were three small containers of some kind of spice mix. I asked the girl what they were. She said, "this one is hot, that one is hotter, and you don't want to touch the third one". I didn't try any of them. hey Mo  welcome to the pub! 
I bet ya didn't.. wow.. sounds too spicy for my tastes
