The dillusional beyond contempt malcontents get on my nerves. The irresponsible not accountable for their own actions blame everyone else crowd comes in a close second. And last but not least are the terminally ignorant darwin awards nominees who if they haven't been nominated- should be. Abusive evil predators are in there somewhere as well.

For once I completely agree with LHB. Scary, huh? huh

Pour that nasty stuff down the sink, rinse cup well, pour in Mountain Dew. That's how I like mine. bigsmile

Congrats! Been there, done that, more than once. I've lived off frozen casserole leftovers, beans & rice and ramen noodles. And furniture where each different piece is from someone or someplace different.

It takes time and patience. But having your own place is so worth it. Walk around naked if you want, come home when you want, get up when you want... it's all you! Enjoy it! drinker

Momma says it builds "character". You can't argue with "Momma logic".

Eh. Life's too short to pretend to be someone else.

Take it or leave, I am me. The only difference of me online versus in real life is that I'm a little less opinionated in person. bigsmile

At least here someone can just scroll past or ignore me. In real life, there is no little red box in the corner to make me go away. rofl

I'm working on a SoCo and Dr. Pepper at the moment. drinker

Waiting for the witching hour for my ride to show so I can escape the house and heckle my gal pal about her new beau before I give my seal of approval. bigsmile

Tonight I get the joy of going out and seeing if I get to put my "seal of approval" on a gal pals new beau. Hopefully, there will be drinks for said approval. drinker

Tomorrow night, on the other hand, is another matter all together.
Well, provided my date gets his ducks in a row and makes it to town early enough. If he does, he'll be rewarded with a nice dinner that will start with a nice spring salad, followed by pork tenderloin slow cooked in the crock pot with mushrooms, onions, garlic, carrots and a dash or two of my special creole seasoning with mashed taters and green beans. To be followed with strawberry cheesecake.

Then, if we can still move, a night out dancing. bigsmile And after dancing... who knows. pitchfork

Scrimp first. bigsmile

Shrimp doesn't re-heat well. And I'll probably fill up on the shrimp. Then I can take the steak home and have it for lunch the next day.

One morning, after a long night of drinking and carrying on, I woke up and here I was.

And you never left! tongue2

I can't find the exit.

I drywalled over the exit. You can never leave. You're trapped with the rest of us crazy people! pitchfork

I'd call, explain and say that I'm sorry but I'm going to be a few minutes late because I'd like to have a chance to get cleaned up first. Then, haul hiney and get there ASAP looking fresh as a daisy! lol

I'd like to think they would appreciate the honesty and effort for wanting to look your best.

Smile and eyes. Then I check to see if they have nice hands... and nice hands to me are a "workin' man's hands".

If their smile goes to their eyes and have the hands... Oh yeah! drool

I'm friends with my ex. Some people have an issue with it, others don't. We actually get along better now than we did when we were married.

However, with your situation, I'd be wary. But that's just me. And the whole idea of being friends with his ex, just seems to be begging for trouble.

I try to take all compliments with grace. They usually make me blush, but I still do my best to accept and take it as being genuine.
