is there any speech that can be defined as hate speech, and if so how can it be judged fairly?

there are only hateful people, not hateful words true, ture, ture, as only a word believed to be hateful can make it hateful, and the one hearing must have hate inside to idenitfy it as hateful i would think.....if another is thought to be hateful, will they not the be reacted to as hateful, and therefore hate be pertetuated.....just ponderings of a qestioning mind

hitler...... certainly it was those that questioned not hilter that gave his speech any power, and so it is the those that listened and why they listened that one would need to understand to prevent hitler from happening again......

It can hopefully be judged by open ears and open hearts to be judged fairly, which would be to not judge at all. Thereby creating, by usual standards, the typically evasive Gordian Knot, nes't pas???

not even all hate or hate full words could be considered hateful because its all or rather mostly how a person interperts the words like jackazz is a complament to me but you might take as hateful

There are WORDS, that ONE should NEVER use,,,,,,, BECAUSE, just the word,,brings back BAD memories as to its USE. Not that YOU couldn't use them in the body of a speech, or sentence here.. BUT, one should know that WORDS, souly designed to be used derogatory in its production and use, ARE GOING TO OPEN WOUNDS... So IF THEY,want to USE THEM,,exspect the objectives others will come back as to their defense as it was used by YOU.. Most of which im talking about,,,are SLANG words to describe a GROUP of people...I think you have an idea.....

How could hate speech be judged fairly? i do not see how anything can be classified as hate speech myself, as this is to decide that words have the same power as action, and this then is to soon lead to no freedom of speech at all, if speech has the same penalty as action....this is illogical and impossible to have in a free society it seems

Hate equals fear. Take away the fear, by hearing the hate, hope to God one can help the fearful hater, diffuse, add love... Voila!!
