Personally It is out of compassion that I try to fix a problem, but I understand when I need a professional to do it for me.
As for other men, it may be likely that they want to "rescue" the person in distress (often a woman)in order to be a "hero" and impress women. I believe a study somewhere said that most human behavior is sub-consciously dictated by sexuality. |
