read the costitution and declaration of independance then the patriot act you will have your proof

no
dont tell people what they ahve to do, stand up and defend your opiniion please.

here is yuor chance to quote what you are reading, and explain why you feel the way you feel.
This is not meant as a chance as "here is my opinion now go do the work to prove me right".

You feel this way, so you should be willing to stand up and state WHY you feel this way. And stating "the constitution says so" is not an explanation.

so i told you it goes against the constution thus making it treason

if you want proof you have to read the items in question

my saying anything proves nothing

either you believe me or you do not if you do not i told you how it is proven

and i gave you a link to untold numbers of other sites saying it is treason as well

my saying it proves nothing ---read it if you do not believe me--

the only way to know is to research it if you want proof
that is how proof works you provide the information and the nonbeliever goes though said information and decide for your self what to believe

now you did not say spin the reason why you feel that way then maybe you would have a point but who needs the spin

look and learn (on this kind of issue) the documents are public issue news stories are a little different you can not be there to see the event so spin is what you get

I happen to agree with you that the so-called homeland security was a major mistake, along with outright b.s. (for lack of a better term right now).

I feel this is so, because of the fact that we already had a standing homeland security in place waiting to be used( the national guard) and if we deployed our troops properly (natinal guardsmen not leaving the state they are from except for an immediate touching neighbor) then we would not need to have a national defense office in polace.

Daniel, when I did post my "quotes" and evidence people accused me of not having an original idea or cut and pasting so I will not start that again but the proof is out there. Just put is the Iraq war illegal in the search window of your browser you will see that international pools of lawyers have stated the war was illegal also Annan if that is his name stated that the war was illegal by the UN councils doctrine. Also there is a posting of the Congressional Document to take military action and Bush did not meet the guidelines of that document to have his "military action" against Iraq.

And besides all of that, Saddam never did a 9/11 on us even though he had the resources and capability to do it. Saddam did not do 9/11. So how in the hell did our point of focus become Saddam in the first place? If you answer that question alone you know that we were lead down the yellow brick road of self destruction by a leader who is suppose to have our best interests at heart.

Sheeple dont want facts, and when offered proof they simply turn a blind eye to them!

If you aren't a sheeple people prove it with an original thought instead of repeating the words of denial and further lies from the Bush Indoctrination manual!!drinker

In your opinion, what is President Bushes biggest political mistake, during his term in office?
Please refrain from bashing or going on with all kinds of thoughts, and just name one mistake per person please. And explain WHY you feel it was a mistake.

*note: "common sense dictates it was a mistake" is not an explanation, lol. You need to get down and honestly explain why YOU personnaly feel it was a mistake. AND NO STATISTICS PLEASE!!!!!!

In my opinion, Bush's biggest political mistake was the unprovoked invasion of Irag.

Have to put this in - I didn't like the way he handled Katrina either.

well winx i must say that is the biggest public relations issue (katrina)

the worst autrosity he gets to share with congress is the patriot act (will be the downfall of the republic)
----they should (those involved in passing it) should be charged with and tried for treason) (tehy swore to uphold the constitution **yeah sure did that** traitors every one of them----

same thing I asked of Fanta, and winx adj. Where is your supporting evidence for ths belief? Not opinion but facts.

There is so much supporting evidence that it has become old news. Just check the threads in the current news and events.
There are some excellent cut and pasted articles stating the facts. It is important to note that the correct information is from the unbiased sources.

yes there is

it would be nice to have a better search engine here

this site has some of the best people

but search engine sucks

i have seen better

i have seen a site you could tyoe in a phrase and the posts having it would come up

and if you clicked a post in the post list of someone it would go to that post not the 1st page of the thread it was in

but the people in charge are none to friendly and hide behind their monitor

so i guess i will deal with the bad search engine and enjoy the good people

Im glad you posted this forgedrinker

Too many Bushies have been blaming the economy on the Democrats that have been a small majority for only two years.

You are the first to openly acknowledge that the Republicans were a majority for far longer and still possess the votes necessary to override the Democrats attempts to override the Veto's Bush enacts every time they try to do something positive.drinker

I am glad to see another person pushing for Obama, but I am confused on how anythign I posted in ehre has anythign to do with that. Unless it is due to Mcain and President Bush being fromt he same party.

I am looking towards Obama, cause I think he would make the betetr president; not because he is the opposite party of President Bush.

My personal opinion is the two parties should be obliterated (yes I said obliterated, lol) and we should have no political parties at all. We simply vote who will do the better job, not which party our families have or have not supported over the years.

no he has not do your homework

he faulters on that issue posted it in another thread

when asked he said he can would not commit to it because he can not say what he would do without knowing the details at the time

(wheres that better search engine)

--------------

At that debate Obama said that he could not guarantee that all troops would be out of Iraq by the end of his first term. Obama qualified that answer today, as he has in previous town halls in New Hampshire and Iowa, by saying that he would keep troops in Iraq for diplomatic, humanitarian and counterterrorism purposes.
