Eyes, general appearance including carriage, listening to what they say, how they say it, to get an idea of their values and personality. I don't tend to think of sex until I see all the other stuff I need. And, I don't think about money. Wait, I can't say that exactly. I abhor pompous nouveau riche buttholes who insist the world knows they have money.
