i would try to get the coworker to do things..

asking them if they could do this for me while i was busy doing somehing else..

i would try that for awhile and see if i could get them to pitch in...

I'd say go to the boss, otherwise you would probably be wasting your time with talking to the co-worker,

That does'nt go over good with me. Long as everyone does their job we get along fine.

I would tell them they needed to do their share of the work and if they didn't want to to go find a job elsewhere.frustrated grumble

depends, are they new and don't know what to do, or just stupid? If they are lazy, just lite them up one day,

or go postal and kill'em, then go after the boss and everyone elsepitchfork

When I worked at a craft store the employees' pamphlet said to try to work out conflicts between a fellow employee on your own, first. I can't concede that notion. You piss someone in floral off they are bound to shoot up the art dept the next day

Regardless of what kind of problem I am having with a co worker. I alway talk to them first. And if that doesn't work I go to the boss.
If going to the boss doesn't work. I hunt them down during off hours and kill them.
Just Kidding about that last part.

I would go to the boss. If you tell them something and cause a ruckus, then they could go to the boss and you get into trouble. Besides, that is what they are there for. To be the judge of things.
