I am on my way to check the mail, mine is now past due. How are you all spending yours & what difference has it made for you personally & the economy?

good luck with that.... they make it sound sooooooooooooooooo good... til ya get the check and its not what you expected. I thought i was entitled to $900... I got $300

It bought my food and gas for a week.

I paid bills therfore not stimulating the economy one bit!! Oh and bought a tank of gas! UGH Has anyone heard the rumor that there may be another stimulus check coming later? I dunno.. probably just a rumor.

There was nothing stimulating in my mailbox.
I thought about how I could make the most of this money. I got a 1000.00 CD on Aril 15th. I had to borrow the money, but there is no interest until October. This saved me over 300.00 in taxes so I effectively got a 33% bonus,plus the interest on the CD for the next 25 years. Now this all works out fine as long as the promised check arrives before October.

The sad thing is that people are acting like it's a gift from the government & it's OUR MONEY only being returned so it can be stolen AGAIN! Rising prices have effectively made this a gift to China & the oil companies.

I got an email talking about another stimulus check and it said to click something on the bottom of the email...when u do this a monkey laughing at you pops up!
My stimulus check was spent before I even got it!

Mine is pass due too. I will be paying off my charge card. My check is too little to leave me any spending money afterwards. That was my 1st idea, but I saw that investing in an IRA CD would lower what taxes I owed enough that I could actually write the check! |
