if you knew that you were medically unable to have children..ever...

That'd be their call but I would be remiss not to point out that there aren't enough decent adoptive parents in the world as is.

First, I would be hurt if I can't have children of my own. But, I would love to adopt a child if my partner was willing as well. He would have to really be understanding too.

I would discuss it with them before becoming too serious and see how important natural children are to them vs adoption. I think adoption is a blessing myself. flowerforyou You can still build a normal family with the one you love if they are open to the idea.

I'd tell them up front and pray they could accept it. There are options available if you really want kids... flowerforyou flowerforyou flowerforyou

yea, there are a lotta of other ways to conceive..and always adoption..

but i guess maybe after given a diagnosis such as that..it could make some people think they werent meant to have children..

i'm not sure if i could date someone that can't have children because that would prevent me from spawning my army to rule the world with smokin

If there not open to adopt, then no i wouldn't. If they are open to other methods of gaining a child or children (besides repoing or kidnapping) then it isn't an obsticle.

It's more likely the person that wanted the children would end up dumping the person that couldn't have them.
