Sometimes I like the banana 8==>--split made with two scoops of ice cream
each topped with cream and a cherry ( o Y o ) but the banana keeps sliding back and forth until its sloppy covered with melting ice cream. Messy.

I think I'll go with Flan. It has a simple elegance and it's smooth and creamy and melt-in-your-mouth sensual and is enjoyable either gobbled quickly in a few bites or savored slowly in small nibbles.
