What do you do when someone apologises but you aren't ready to forgive them?

Tell them just that, that you're not ready to accept the apology. Might not be pretty.

Tell them okay but your still not ready to accept it and when you are you will let them know. Then I ignore them for I'm one that the I'm sorry don't always cut it for most will say it and don't even mean it. So it really depends on the way they come across if I feel they are sincere or not.
