So I cleaned out my garage tonight and did some work that required getting up and down off the ladder and such. I also removed and carried 3 air conditioners to winter storage. I'm not sure I will be able to get out of this chair I just sat down in......
 These ole' muscles just don't seem to bounce back like they used to! Are you as spry as ever or does it take a little longer to bounce back from heavy labor? Do you hurt in places you didn't expect to? I'll be back after I take a bath and rub on some Ben Gay..  (Kidding on the Ben Gay, sort of).

Sometimes I over work myself at work not realizing that Im not 20 anymore and even my hair hurts!!!
 I always carry a supply of ibuprophen with me and some A535!

My body says....Are you stuuuupppiiiddd??? LOL Raking leaves and mowning on the same day, stupid, stupid, stupid. At least it takes my mind off my placement tests tomorrow and I will sleep like a baby tonight and not be up all night tossing and turning. |

I got ya on the spry part. I tripped while running this afternoon and don't have the reflexes to catch my self any more.
 Of course it was right downtown on the sidewalk near a stop light, You're right getting old does suck and not in a good way.

Im not old and my drivers license is a liar.

Almost my entire body has crapped out on me this year. My legs seem to work fine though no matter how sick or how much pain I am in.
