Hope the holidays are a bit more relaxing now. When you see him tell him thank you for his service from a true "Mainer"

My son just went back for the third time, I am proud of his commitment.frown frown It is very hard though not hearing anything for months at a time. ( CPO on a sub )

My son was doc on the Boise & is going to the Maine in June.
Presently he is in Norfolk with the marines, did 7 months in Iraq. last yr. Part of a special surgical unit.

seems like people do tend to forget the squids

Folks forget Marines are part of ther Navy.
ALL of their medical support are Navy personnal.
Marine combat medics are Navy medics.
Plus never forget the Seals.
