no.
i dated one man who had a 15 yr old son and an ex-wife. he was used, damaged goods with way too much baggage for my taste. i prefer fresh meat, unspoiled by some other beotch. |

At my age, probably not, if the children were young.. High school or college age yes..

I've done it. There's ALWAYS issues with either the ex or the kids. Always. More of a pain in the ass than anything, and certainly (at least, MOST times) makes for quite an unenjoyable experience.

At my age, if they still had kids at home, they'd have had to have had them pretty late in life. I love kids, so I guess if they had a grandchild or something that they were raising, that would be okay if I loved the person.

It REALLY depends! My last GF was and I went through hell being compared to her ex from time to time and he is a real looser!
I got a job and life. He lives under mommy and daddy's wing and has no job and owes an ass load of back child support. Needless to say that will affect how I think of being involved with a single parent in the future. These days my general answer is NO! |
