The ad says UP TO 80% off. Doesn't mean everything is 80% off.

"Up to" 80% off means that the plast gewgaws are probably getting liquidated, along with perishable goods. Anything else might be 5% to 30% off, and the ad is honest. It's classic draw-in advertising, to get you inside where you buy something that isn't so cheap. That's what "Loss Leaders" are for.
