I have met so many to tell you the truth.

Just alone here in Miami I have met

Shakira - we went dancing at Bongo's, which is owned by Gloria Estefan.

Gloria Estefan I have talked often with her Emilio Estefan. They invite us every year to their hotel Cardoza for drinks on Ocean Drive to celeberate her birthday. She is a friend to my wife.

Arnold Schwarznegger - I have met him when he came down here to buy a yacht at the boat show. We spoke for a whole hour about his first movies such as Conan the Barbarian and how he misses some good food from Austria.

I have only seen these people but not talk to them

Hulk Hogan and family at the time, Evander Holyfield, Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Alounzo Mourning, Teddy Riley, Prince, Kevin Spacey, and Robert Dinero that I can think of at the moment.

What celeberities have you met?

I haven't but my Mom has. But then again, she lives in New York so her chances are a lot higher.

I figure if you live in a vacation resort such as Miami you are bound to meet more celeberities. The same goes for New York.

Everyone gives two word replies. Throw in the people you have met if you can.

Put it this way -- I used to do security for rock bands for a few years. Between the bands themselves and the celebrities that often showed up, I can't even begin to list them all. You may also include everyone I've met outside of that particular occupation.

One example: The last time I was at La Guardia airport, I was walking through the terminal, dragging my luggage, checking my ticket and boarding pass, not really watching where I was going....and I literally bumped smack into Donald Trump.

I got scared. I thought he was gonna fire me.

He understood completely, and was very congenial.

I can imagine with such a job that you will meet quiet a few.

I met Bizmarkie once who had a gig to do as a DJ for a popular club here in South Beach.

Turbo B "I got the power" what he was most famous for on songs I talked to in Germany when he got kicked out of the Army for overweight.

I met Boris Becker also where his wife at the time always talked to me. I hope that alone didn't lead to the divorce.laugh Just joking, but Boris was a great person to talk to. Boris Becker was a tennis star at its times.

Just the band The Tossers. They're from my hometown, along with two of the guys from Disturbed. They used to live across the street from a pub I used to go to afterwork.

Tony (from The Tossers) is a real quiet guy, until he's had a few pints.

Oh, and some of the guys I babysat when I worked at cook county jail. Serial killers, mass murderers, serial rapists, mob hitmen, etc.

I met Richard Gere when he filmed Primal Fear at the jail building I worked in.

I also met Jesse Jackson when he got locked up there.

very true, yet if you treat them like normal people you are more likely to have a conversation with them also. People exaggerate and that is when they lose interest in the people.

I was lucky to have met them because of my wife who knows a celeberity who meets celeberities on a daily bases. Otherwise I would probably never had the opportunity to talk to any of them.

Actually met Johnny Cash & June Carter in and elevator in San Antonio on the River Walk.

No one was with them my kids and I were on vacation and as we rode down the elevator with them I just happen to have my video camera have them on tape as we were talking on the way down.bigsmile

Then later seen them walking down the River Walk by themselves enjoying the day.

Loved the movie they made of Johnny Cash. Don't have the title in my head at the moment but well worth the watch.

Now that is cool that you seen them.

They are normal people. I see no reason to make a big deal out of meeting them. This is why others don't see them or treat them as normal.

Who gives a flying fig?
