unjustly fired I would tell the boss and use it against him to get better pay and keep my job

Afraid I would go down alone, file for wrongful termination and wait and watch them sink themselves.
Than, I would take over the business...

Hummm have never been fired so hard to say.
But now most likely would walk away file for unemployement and let nature take it's course. For it always seems that things like that have a way of working themselves out.

My actions weren't illegal but his and his assistant technically were. Funny this site is the reason I was fired. Someone saw an image they claim was inappropriate while I was visiting this site at work and told the managers that I was looking at porn. I think a write up would have been appropriate, but they terminated me because they say visiting this site was immoral and inappropriate.

Are you a priest?  No. I worked for Goodwill. I was a kind of computer tech/ computer dept. manager with lots and lots of downtime. I did my job very well and my department made a 1000% more $$ than my sister store regularly. That is what really gets me, it is like they went out of their way to classify this as terminal offense, even after I did my job so well and made so money for them.

Sorry to say but if they fired you for playing on company time on the internet hummmmmmmmmmm they have every right to do so. Be a hard ball to knock back on someone else and then take another down for what in fact you were doing wrong as well. |
