I had a near death experience when i just turn 15 i was really sick and nobody could find out what was wrong but my lungs and kidneys started shutting down and I was told i was really close to dying but my condition just turned around after 3 day in the hospital i started getting better. Week later when they did a follow up x-ray they found i had massive scar damage on my lungs so they did a biopsy and found out it was histoplasmosis they said i was really lucky to be alive because they didn't treat it with anti fungal medicine like they should have and instead of attack my other organs it just attacked my kidneys.

Downside is i have constant chest pain and unable to work. And then about month ago they told me that the scar tissue is spreading to my other organs. But when i was in the hospital on that third day I had a really weird dream and it was so real to me i thought that i had died. In the dream i was in a white room laying on the floor and i couldn't get up or even move then the the door to the room opened and a man who i have never seen before came in and stood over me he said "You can come with me and see your father again.(my father had passed 3 years before) Or you can go back. But if you choose to go back you will experience a pain which you cant even imagine but you will save one of your family from death."

Now i just turned 15 and as you can guess i chose my family. Now i dont know when im suppose to save one of my family members or if i already have because my mother has so many health problems and needs help for almost everything now.i thought that maybe my older brother would help her since hes up in MI too but no he seems not to really care about her health problems not saying he doesn't love her though. So maybe my little brother would help her but no hes just a lazy little ****. So it was up to me and if it wasn't for me i don't know what would have happened to my mother seeing as she can barely drive so i do all the driving, and she has trouble fixing herself food so i cook, and she cant really clean so that's also up to me. I get very little help with anything around my moms house i pretty much do everything that needs to get done at the expense of my own health as it causes me unimaginable chest pain to do everything but ive learned how to hide the pain very well. so maybe i did save one of my family members.

I have really put my life on hold to take care of things around here not that im complaining I would do anything and everything for my family but it does get lonely with just your family around you thats why i joined this site in the first place so i could get to know actual people and maybe find someone to have a relationship with but not many women looking for someone in my position. seems i have rambled on enough i would like to hear if anyone else has ever had a near death experience so please post.

Thankyou for sharing that with us.

Two times I have experienced near death.

I almost drowned once working for the GreenPeace and another time working for the Red Cross.

I am thankful to be alive to enjoy my family and friends today.

a few times actually.

When I was 16 I was in a horrible car accident and was struck by a large garbage truck. I was in a brief coma and luckly walked away with only a broken jaw and bruised heart.

Then Ive had my heart stopped twice in my life for 5 hours each time.

Once in Nov' 2003-my 1st open heart surgery.
The 2nd time, March 2006-my 2nd open heart.

and I almost died while giving birth to my son in Dec' 2005 due to preclampsia, my liver was failing, my heart was filled with large clots, and my BP was 210/110. He was born 11 1/2 weeks early.

I had one a few years back when I was 18.
I was driving on the interstate, next thing you know, traffic was stopped. I was able to stop in time, but a lady next to me got hit after stopping. Her car was turned over.. I got out of my car to see if she was al right and called 911.. A car came flying down the road, hit my car.. Then hit me. I was in a coma for about 6 months from the impact. I had a fractured skull and blood started to clot in my brain. The doctors thought I was going to die of an aneurysm. I finally came out of the coma and made a full recovery. The lady that was in the car was unhurt besides a few scrapes.. The man that hit me was under the influence of alcohol. He got charged with voluntary manslaughter and a bunch of other charges.

I've had a little to much happen to me, (I think God hates me?)
I've been hit by a car, stabed in my kindey, stabed in my wrist, posiened by my granparents, dehidration, I've been shot at, and a few more things I know I'll remember later.

I know my life sounds real fun doesn't it? lol

I went on a date and let the girl pick the movie. Bad idea. I had to endure "Sex in the City" for 90 minutes or so. Top that!

I wouldn't call them near death experiences because I did die and was revived. 3 times, once as a teenager and twice as an adult. All I recall was a split second of "oh damn" then nothing..floating in darkness and feeling contentment like I've never felt here the first two times. The third time I saw a man who told me "Today is not the day, go back and finish what you started." And here I am.

I died for short while in a car accident
I know what it's like on "the other side"
it seemed very welcoming there but it wasn't time yet
I still remember very clearly can't really type it and describe
it was like a bunch of people I knew where reaching out to me

prolly know more dead people then live ones

indifferent

What an amazing experience. I was close to death too years ago, my lighter body became visible to me, I was sick and my whole body was always vibrating, day and night. I would see a man sitting by my bedside. He was an angel who prevented my lighter body from leaving my physical body. The entire experience was awesome. Now I'm in a religion called Eckankar.

I'm not sure if I was near death or not, but here's my experience anyway. I remember laying on my bed. My eyeballs rolled upwards. I felt it happen. It didn't hurt. It was just uncomfortable. I was aware that something weird was happening. I was half asleep, but at the same time, I felt my body float upwards, as if a clone was coming out of it. I then saw myself on another side of my bedroom. I remember feeling very confused about it. It was fascinating too. Even though it freaked me out. Well clearly I'm still here. It feels special to me, because it's not something everyone else see's. Only I will ever know what it truly looked like and felt like.

Wow! Really fascinating. That's the thing with supernatural experiences. They can't really be explained to anyone else in a way they can completely understnad them.
