why do guys have to be 2 faced. they talk to u for a while then meet leave things on good standings and you are expecting to see and talk to them again like nothing is wrong then couple hrs later they up and text you and say oh i dont want to get to know you anymore sorry. WTF IS THAT? there is 2 things in this world i HATE more than anything. A LIAR & CHEATER. ANY INSIGHT THAT can be givin??

I hate to say it but women are just as guilty as men.

It pretty much goes like this...I don't keep my hopes and expectations high. It hurts in the long run when things don't go right. Something good can't always be good...unless the person proves they are serious. Sometimes I can sense it...sometime I can't. But when I sense a person is not really interested...and they are on the phone to just please you, I jump that ship in a heart beat. Who'd want a person to waste their time? Goes for men and women...to please both sides.

I know it feels pretty sucky but don't let yourself feel too bad about it. Not every guy out there is gonna be made for you and just be glad he did not waste any more of your time. There is always a reason when things do not work out and that is because you were meant for someone and something better. A real answer would take a very long time. But here are a few points. All men are not the same and each man changes through life. What you described is a man who is a coward or immature or both. Many men and women fall into that category. It is just a fact of the human condition. If you want a man who has the guts to be honest with you to your face, try looking on a different shelf. Peer pressure has a lot to do with it too so there is a better chance of finding the same actions in men who hang with the same crowd. What you are describing is common in the "bar scene" but is not uncommon everywhere. Be sad that he is weak and hope he grows up. Be glad you are free to keep looking and you didn't waste anymore time. Learn from the experience and use the knowledge to make it easier to find the right guy for you.

I think it's easier for people to perform their fakeries on line, though, because it adds a certain level of detachment and insulation.

So a guy or girl is talking to somebody for awhile, meets them, is polite and cordial, then texts later on that they are no longer interested.

We should all be so lucky that people tell us how they feel so early instead of stringing us along.
