I have no problems with preferences, but I don't care for generalizations

you mean when someone says something like "everybody who doesn't like motorcycles sucks"?

Exactly! Evey idiot know that the real issue is...those who don't worship the Krupa sucks...(Jesus said so)

You wouldn't think this would be that difficult!

don't bother Krupa....I've already tried the Roseism and no one buys that either laugh

he rides on the tank and has his own goggles and leather jacket

Booboo looks resentful that you are holding him away from his 12-pack of Bud..I would watch out..those Dschhunds are a fickle and shifty lot!

wow, thanks for that info. I did not know I was having a midlife crisis. Guess I have been having one since a teenager if it thats what it means to have a bike. I have three of them, must be a real bad case of midlife crisis. I have them because I like to ride, not to impress anyone. All of them are Harleys, not to empress anyone just I like them and they are American made and American owned company.

If I see one more motorcycle...I think I will puke. Do guys think motorcycles impress females? And seriously, if you are over 30 years old...ditch it. It makes you look like you are having a mid life crisis.

laugh

I know what you mean, OP. I am suprised at how many guys claim to have/ride Harleys. I often wonder if ALL of them actually do own one or if they just jazzied up their profile in order to impress us.

So some guys like motorbikes,it's not like they are hurting anyone is it, you make it sound like they have pictures of themselves clubbing seal pups

Those damned seal cubs had it coming!!!!!

Toot...got a room full of harley showbike trophies that the family has owned...(we do custom show bikes)

it is just a bike..most of them s*ck, especially the ones from AMF and the late 80's....they were dogs with fleas.

But, people love that old crap..I say it ain't a bad thing to love crappy stuff...Hell, I still got a pair of 70's bell bottoms, some 80's parachute pants and a Vanilla Ice Remix...

Crappy old things are cool!

Now there are going to be tons of posts from people saying they really do own their own bikes. laugh

I know! laugh

I hardly see anyone riding motorcycles around the DC metro area, but start online dating and it seems to be the norm.

I know FETTS has one though!

most owners i know aren't about impressing, it's a passion that coarses through you. and most have been riding for years. some of the coolest, do anything for you, people i know. my only issue is...i want one!!

Personally I like to see things like bikes, cars, fish or what ever other hobby a person has in their profile photos. Its a little insight as to what makes them happy. As for being over 30 and owning a bike, I say more power to them. There was a lady that taught folks to ride and I went on a memorial run celebrating her life. She passed at the age of 80+. Still teaching folks to ride late in life. I dont think it was to impress anyone, it was to share the joy of being on a bike.

I see car pictures in profiles and usually move on to the next person.
