I think American Idols ratings may drop this season. I like Ellen but..... probally not on Idol
|

I was never an Idol fan but I do find her an odd replacement. I do like her, but agree, probably not on Idol.

I thought they would replace Paula with another person familiar in the music industry. That would have been a better strategy for American Idol. Maybe they wanted to add some comic relief to balance Simon's harsh criticisms...but then...that's what Ryan Seacrest's for.

Honestly, I thought the whole reason for bringing in the other woman was because they intended to push Paula out. I thought they would just end up leaving it as those three and not replace her. Ellen seems an odd choice for that show.

I think it will be great that she will be on the show. We will get a few laughs with her that is for sure.

Yeah, I think Ellen will be funny, the other people can do all the judging I dont care, and beyond that.. Paula Abdul isnt a brilliant musician, or talent..
She is no expert herself. At least we can understand Ellen as she most likely wont be slurring, and nodding out. |

I don't know Maybe we are just used to Girly-girl Paula Ellen. Who I adore!!! I personally think ellen, all by herself can kick simons butt She is funny so maybe shell bring a little Sumthin Sumthin To an otherwise useless show |
