here -10 out somewhere (a pub, walmart, a park) -7 I am already prepared to spend the holiday alone, so I'm thinking about doing like a midnight-walk at the lake or by the river or out in the woods , armed with a camera. It's really beautiful here, when there is a blanket of snow on everything and the quietness is almost deafening. |

Actually in theory, this can be done, it won't necessarily work out, but I've known people to meet at 9pm, fall in love by midnight and break up before 2 am. So it's definitely do-able.

I figure it is a fifty fifty thing. I am trying to put myself out there but probably not trying hard enough. Some nice people on Mingle but I think most I am attracted to are pretty far away. I didn't think it was possible when I met my late husband so who knows. For all my Mingle "Family" I hope the holidays are good though.
