I am guessing you meant employers don't care about employees. And, with the attitude you admitted to above, it does make you easily replaced. Fact is, many people are easily replaced and many employers don't care much about their employees. Outsourcing is proof of this. BECAUSE they only do the bare minimum, which makes them as worthless as a prostitute. You know the old saying, another one will be coming around the block any minute, and then around and around and around that block again LOL Deadwood, to me, is much like the lazy person who just wants to cheapen themself by laying on their back and pretending they are "earning" that pay (can you tell I really think whores are sick and disgusting ? LOL) IF you MAKE yourself as disposable as toilet paper, you will be disposed of, usually so the employer can afford to pay the REAL workers. ok for one i do all the extra work i can i am trng to move up in the company that i work for, my boss tells me everyday that he wished that he had more like me in the shop as i do my work and go the extra for my customeres which always leave with a smile, and i work on the comp alot at my job and i get all my work done and still have time to be on here and be productive so i dont no y u think that we are all the same as we are not some may be " just sliding buy " but others take pride in there job u are saying that everyone that is on here is the same. everyone is intittle to there own opinion but puting everyone in the same catagory isnt right

Why don't we call this the "go China!" thread?
Fact is, some people work on deadlines, some people post on breaks, some people post from home before their shift or after, some people don't work... but why are we attacking others? Why aren't we simply sharing why we're here and if we post from work? I got the impression we are here to chat and talk. There are debating threads, but I don't post there much. For exactly that reason. We are we arguing in here???? |
