i like a little jealousy to knw he cares...but too much is a turn off. If i am jealous with a guy, then it tells me i don't trust him..hence: i wouldn't be with him

Jealousy doesn't show anything positive and if you believe so you are putting yourself at risk in my opinion.

Jealousy shows he is insecure in himself, not that he cares about you at all. Insecure men are more likely to cheat because they need validation of their attractiveness.

Just speaking from my experience and observation here.

Jealousy is an emotional pathology; a dysfunction; manipulaton; it’s ugly, immature and negative.

I am not jealous and I have no need for jealous people.

Jealousy is not all bad. A healthy jealousy needs to be developed in family relationships. This type of jealousy is a protective fight to maintain your relationships. Would you sit by while a person seduces your spouse or deceives your child? No, you would fight for them. You would do all you could to declare truth.

Are you kidding with that answer? slaphead

If I am in a good relationship, I don't need to protect anything. If he is an idiot enough to act out and flirt dangerously then his happy azzzz can walk out the door and never come back. I want to be with an adult and not a child who invites that into a relationship. The problem would be with “him” rather than me being jealous (because he is trying to incite). Insecurity is the poison and jealousy is the symptom. I do not play that damn game.

If someone deceives a child -- that is being a liar or a manipulator and it would not cause a parent to be jealous. A parent would simply remove the child from the offender. That is not jealousy; that is being a good parent. I don't "do" kids so this is a little out of my area but I am balanced enough to understand the proper way to teach a child to deal with emotions is by example. The best way to exemplify this is to education one's self in human behavior and psychology. If the parent can’t control how they deal with emotions then how will they teach their child life skills? I digress.

Being protective is not tantamount with being jealous.

I don't bother with jealousy.

If the woman I am with wants to be with someone else...she's welcome to leave.

Who is and isn't, and who hates it?

Because I do not get jealous. I know what bed my man sleeps in at night (when I've got a man), so for me it's not an issue. But I do hate constantly being questioned.

Plus, it destroyed one of my recent relationships, and I didn't even do anything wrong.grumble

Anyone?
grumble HEY,,,,,rant Who's the dude with ya??????
The one your down on your knees with,,,YEAH,,,I see your damn picture here,,,,THE GUYS A DOG,,,,,,,And IF YOU WANT HIM,,,YOU GOT HIM

I don't do jealous

jealousy comes from being insecure in your position

and I hate that feeling. if I'm secure then there's no jealousy. If I'm insecure then there's no relationship

EDIT: heyyyyyy you said the same thing but faster!

Am not the jealous type. It is a wasted emotion. You either trust the other and they trust you or ya don't.

I don't understand why people even get jealous. It just makes no sense to me at all. I think my ex wife was jealous of one of my good friends who I remember so much about when her and I once dated back in our younger days. Unfortunately, that friendship had to end. My ex wouldn't admit that she's jealous for some reason...I mean come on, the friend who I once dated was cute, had high achievements in life and continues to push to keep her excellence in her academic studies. The girl basically had the same concept and ideal goals as I do, to remain at the top and out do others. Just because I'm Asian, doesn't mean that I'm really good at science that involves lots of calculations.
