Ok, not here but somewhere else, nothing seriously particular and I don't care but after a woman asked me my nationality, she never replied again.

She asked me "what's your nationality?"

And I'm like "How do you know that I'm a different nationality? What gave it away"?

And she goes "you have that different look"

I'm like "I never thought that I got a look that says I'm a different nationality, but I guess I do"

So she goes like "so are you gonna tell me or what"

I'm like alright, I tell her, "I moved to the USA in '92, I was 17 from Hungary"

She immediately logged off. what

I think people tie culture in with nationality. I am guilty as well though I am pretty open to most nationalities. Those from cultures not traditionally christian, I generally shy away from ...

Perhaps she had a bad experience with a foreigner-meaning from another country. I did, but now I am just more cautious around those from other countries. The way women are perceived and treated in many countries is not like the United States.

Even though I have been financially devasted by a conartist from Cyprus, you can't assume that everyone from there is the same. You might miss out on meeting some amazing people if that's the way you think. If she had a problem with it, it's her problem, not yours, and at least you didn't spend that much time on it. Next.

You know what I think? It's nothing to do with the nationality. She could might as well asked me "So why do you like vanilla ?"

And me instead of answering with a "yes" or "no", I would have asked "How do you know I like vanilla?"

Basically she was a type of a woman, who hates counterquestions, she wants answers not questions. Basically many women treat guys like they are interviewing them and they must present some sort of a resume with a biography.

It's a problem with many women I noticed.

For many women it goes like this: she puts out her picture, lipstick big boobs and guys just submit to it and display an affection and crave and they shall never question her "authority".

I know so many nationalities that don't even like those in their own countries based on religion. Don't you? Being narrow minded crosses all cultures. At least many of us know better.flowerforyou

Did you happen to mention to this women or anywhere on your profile that you like men? Perhaps that is what sent her somewhere else....

i feel we are all equal and no one is better than one another but thats me everyone has there beliefs.

but she could have said some thing just logging off line is so rude i would rather the person say why they dont want to talk more but to just leave someone that way is wrong.

I think you just generalized here. Just because I have big boobs and lipstick I certainly don't fall into that category. Nor do I want someone to submit to me. You should never judge anyone's personality based on their looks.frustrated

This is funny because my son and my baby cousins just proposed to me a business idea for a shirt that would say on front 'Im single, are you interested?' at the top front of the shirt.

Then they said the bottom should read 'fill out an application' with an arrow pointing to the back of the shirt. And a website address on the back where interested parties could actualy go and fill out an application.....lol

It seems the direction that adult relationships are taking,,either far too casual or far too picky.

Maybe she thought that if she tried to pry for the simple question of your nationality she didn't want to bother with any other questions...kind of smart a$$ remarks...

No, of course not all. The definition of many is : consisting of or amounting to a large but indefinite number. That to me is assuming a large number are all similar. I didn't use the word generalize to mean all. No offense intended...sorry.
