We met when I was 9, started "dating" when I was 11. Through the years we have shown up in one anothers lives at various times. The timing for us has never really been a good thing and I'm still not sure the time is right now. I care about someone else, but that's not going in the right direction and I keep telling myself to go forward with my life because this isn't going to happen, but it's very tough. I do have a special place in my heart for him and I always will have because he was my childhood sweetheart, but right now my heart belongs to another (who doesn't want it).
