people just want to get fukced up

it doesn't matter if its alcohol or weed or meth

they are all intoxicants

if you allow alcohol and not marijuana then you're just forcing preferences

Yeah, but alcohol can be just another drink and not necessarily lead to intoxication. Marijuana is going to intoxicate,, thats the point.

Still, you raise a good point. I suppose if alcohol is going to be endorsed the way it is,, MJ should have its shot as well...

There is a big difference...people on pot don't driverofl rofl rofl ...people that drink almost always do

Thats a poor argument. You realize how many people are in prison because of drug problems? You have any idea how much crime is related to drugs?I would say at least 90% are in prison because of some type of drug related problem. Then you think that because you legalize drugs all that crime, addiction and misery is just going to disappear? It won't.It will only make it worse.Since smoking was outlawed in the majority of public places in America it has forced a lot of smokers to stop smoking. If we were to reverse the law and allow smoking in public places again do you really think you would get less people smoking or more people smoking?

Like I said before.Denver is seeing a explosion in medical marijuana stores all over the place.I can't even imagine what this city would be like if all drugs were legalized.

so then you would think that you have the right to tell people what they can do to their bodies?

why stop there?

outlaw salt and sugar

make obesity a felony

Counterpoint here, not that we legalize all drugs, just MJ. And tax revenue would be collected, and it would be regulated as to how much people are allowed to have or purchase. People are already doing it, laws or not. Why not make it legal and put an end to frivolous arrests and jail sentences unless there are those that abuse the privilige? And if too many abuse this new law, it can always be rescinded and made illegal again.

Because you can not and never will be able to seperate the crime and other harder drugs that go hand and hand with marijuana. You can look at any drug bust anywhere in the world and you will always find marijuanna along with meth, cocaine, herion, guns and all the other garbage. How many people sell marijuana along with meth, coke, etc.I would say at least 70% do or know where to find it.It is hardly a secret that the people who deal with marijuana and other drugs also dabble with murder, underage prostitution, money laundering, robbery, and other crimes.Check the rap sheet of any drug dealer and you will find most of those crimes on his or her record.

 I know people who smoke and drive daily. Knew others that just used to smoke, when the high was not the same, they graduated onto bigger and better drugs. Doesn't happen to all but I do know it has.

Aside from Hussein, how many dopers do you think we have in DC?

They make decisions like they are wasted on something. And party! A whole month of partying. No wonder he needs a vacation.slaphead

There is no way for a law enforcment officer to determine, beyond a reasonable doubt, that a dirver is DUI.
