Topic: How much coffee do you normally drink in a day?

That's the question I normally end up having between 4-6 cups depending on what i'm doing. You're turn confess your coffee habit here

I confess to nothing as far as coffee. I don't drink it.

I've cut WAY down on caffeine lately cuz' it aggravates my OCD. I used to drink 2-3 POTS of coffee a day. Now I drink maybe 2 cups in the morning. I gave up soda too.

dam dict8 2-3 pots? I thought I was bad! Still impressive though, I'll cut back sometimes only when I get headaches from not drinking though but it taste too good!

dam dict8 2-3 pots? I thought I was bad! Still impressive though, I'll cut back sometimes only when I get headaches from not drinking though but it taste too good! I used to wake up every morning...pop 90-120 mg's of Adderall and drink an entire pot of coffee. Did this for 5 years!

I drank more coffee this morning than I have in the last year. I'm more of a soft drink kind of guy.

half a mug in the morning, i would drink the full mug but by the time i'm done staring at it and am awake enough to drink it, i'm out of time

too much sometimes............. coffee in the morning....and i like iced coffee in the afternoons!!!!!

I've cut way down on coffee. I drink 1 cup every morning, I used to drink a lot more of it.

I am a recovering coffee-aholic. I used to drink quite a bit. The caffeine was robbing me of nutrients and a affecting my fitness performance, not only with my job, but recreationally too. I use wheat grass shots and hot lemon water in the morning - or throughout the day, for my boost. As an extreme treat, I get a decaf dark cherry mocha (1/2 the chocolate). When I smell coffee I crave it but I am over it.
