Premonitions.

the are a real phenomenon. It all depends on whether or not they are direct (Deja vu style) or Interpretive (A dream by Dali but it makes sense).

I thougt someone would post this quuestion! I knew you were going to say that. To me though, premonitions always feel like a dream state or an uncanny intuition, sort of floating around in my mind. |

my family has had several, and we've avoided serious situations because of them. they are strange, though...hmmm...
my aunt lived in south carolina, and she was eight months pregnant and had a toddler. she was in an accident, and we chose not to tell my bed-ridden great-grandmother, so as not to upset her... i remember we walked into the room, and she asked how laura was. she asked, "did they find the boy?", which was a strange question, because as far as we knew, she had been alone in the truck. she became very agitated, so we notified the state police there, just in case. turned out my two-year-old cousin had climbed out of the truck when she wrecked and had wandered into the woods. my aunt was unconscious, so couldn't tell them that she hadn't been alone...if not for my grandmother, we may not have found him. |

Many people have stories which can make them sound true but i believe there is always a more logical explanation for them.

Yes, they happen, but don't tell people when they happen to you cause others will think you're flaky. Always trust your gut.

I think we all have them. Some stronger than others. I watched a program where it was explained as a danger instinct. All species have it. Humans are the only species that will ignore it and walk right into danger! Then afterwards, say "I had a feeling``

I have a few. There is one i get sometimes that i dream that i am pregnant, and whenever i do someone always dies. Someone i know. But i haven't had it since i've been pregnant, thank god!
