Read Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand
That should give you some ideas about one possible end. In many ways, at least in this country, we have demonstrated that we are half-way, or more, though the book. The dark side of a dark ages is in the mind, attitudes, and behavior of people. Technology has litte to do with creating such an environment. |

I beg to differ on that...
Take technology away from modern day people and see how fast their minds revert to dark age thinking..... I personally think at least half of our population wouldn't know the first thing about surviving |
