Just saw an accident while out, a lady rear ended a truck while she was on the phone... Idiots.  I have a problem answering my phone and driving at the same time.

I never text while driving. ................It interferes with my eating and drinking while driving.

Not anymore, NY just made it against the law.....and I just bought a bluetooth speaker that goes on my sunvisor, which is fine for me since nobody is ever in the car with me so I don't care if it is a speakerphone.
 But I will admit to shaving my legs while driving once...

I rarely text as I am driving. I might read it real quick, but I won't text back till I get to a red light.
However, I HAVE mastered the talent of texting back without having to look at my phone. So if it is something real quick, I can usually text back with one hand and still have my eyes on the road. |

i don't do it while actually driving...but i'm guilty of doing so at a very long red light.

I don't text or talk on my cellphone while driving, its illegal here in Oregon, why take a chance on getting into an accident, its dumb.

I drive for a living and it's astounding, the amount of people I see monkeying around with their phones.
Has anyone else noticed more marks from cars running off into ditches the last bunch of years? And I'm surprised there hasn't been anyone in here, yet, defending that they are such good drivers and 'texters' that it isn't a safety issue for them. (because they're special?) |
