What does yours mean and why did you pick it? The first 2 letters come from my first name, the cat is the last part of my nickname. It was just easy to remember.

Ruth,,,,I,,,,, I PICKED IT JUST FOR YOU,,and YOU have to ask,,,,GREAT Mine is a silly story,,kind of like my personality,,,lol I came on here(Then IT WAS,JUST SAY HI),,as, IAM. But,,as I gave myself THAT NAME,,to show reference to,,I THINK, THEREFORE I AM... Now that was my first night on here,,and about two weeks past before I came back on,,and I FORGOT MY PASSWORD FOR THAT PROFILE NAME,,and when I said I forgot it,,The sight sent MY PASSWORD to a email account That I had already given up,,soI had no pass word to see ,,and not knowing chit about sites or the Net yet? I did what came to mine,,I still kept IAM,,but added 4u,,,and well,,IT STUCK,, Told ya it was silly,,,about three years later,,I figured out how to get into my first one,,but it was then pulled and locked up,,as we can only have ONE profile on here,,,me got in trouble,,,, BUT THATS MY STORY AND I'M STICKING TO IT,,,,

For years I have played role-playing games. The first superhero character I ever created was a loner/geek who could transform into a Canadian Lynx or man-cat hybrid form. I originally gave him a different name, but people kept calling him "Lynx" instead. His superhero image was the anti-thesis of his human image: outgoing, humorous, and popular. Being an engineer, the character needed money for building gadgets, college, and to offset his inability to hold a full-time job. So he used his brains to create and market his own brand of toys and games with portions of the proceeds going to charities. Action Lynx was the brand name. In many ways, Lynx was a fantastic caricature of myself. Even his dark past was based on something I feared within my own personality. And of all large felines, lynx have always ranked just behind tigers on my list of favorites. I have been using the names Lynx and ActionLynx online for almost 15 years now. To be honest, I chose to use the name here for two reasons, one of which I now regret. Surprisingly, the other reason was to deter certain people I might run across. There have been a few women I role-played with in online games that I want nothing to do with. So if they recognized the name, I hoped they would choose to leave me alone.
