In Tron it was referred to as the Master Control which in Geek terms was the CPU. If the CPU can't communicate with the motherboard you can have problems. Yeah. He has to say something about it. Otherwise, you don't get the three handed handshake which has to be there for successful transmission. No juxtapositional alignment and everything will be helter skelter. If he doesn't want to talk to you then there is just the two hand handshake because you have made a vortex for him to enter into. That is not bad.
