I used to go watch Edgar Winter play before he got famous. Genesis came to town before they got famous. The first famous band was The Who, doing what I think was the last performance of "Tommy". I forget the year. 80 something. I asked for Robert PALMER tickets. I got ROBERT PLANT. Just kind of different. Where the Lakers used to play.

Never been to a concert? Never listened to live music? Wow. I can't even imagine that. I know huh. Just..missed opportunities. I go out and hear live music weekly. Sometimes twice a week. So I find it really hard to imagine never hearing live music. That sounds so crazy to me.

The Stampeders, around '77 or '78. Lots of fun. The bass player broke a "g" string during his solo, but, it didn't matter because he still pulled off an amazing solo. I still get a kick out of it when guitar players 'break their "g" string'. Lol. The best concert to date that I have seen was The Trans Siberian Orchestra. Wow! What a show! Great musicians, great stage show. Go see them! I'm looking forward to seeing Marcus Miller in September. If you're not aimiliar with jazz, he is one of the best bass players on the planet. He is one of my biggest influences. This concert is going to be an epiphany.

A band called Steps, when i was 16! A year later, i went to see them AGAIN. They were quite a cheesy band, but so what? If i feel like listening to happy songs, then i will. Their songs are always upbeat and positive. I used to have a huge crush on the blonde welsh guy in the band. Only to find out ten years later that he was gay. °sigh° lol.

I must have been 12 or 13. My sister and I rode the Long Island Railroad to Madison Square Garden in NYC and saw John Denver.

I have never been to a concert. But I almost made it to Altamont in 1969..a snow storm killed that dream. shocking My 1st was Tygers of Pan tang in my hometown Swansea South wales UK 1987 and now on my 25th year of live gigs with my next Tuesday Night Anthrax - Cardiff South wales UK but have seen all sorts over the years Gary glitter (88), The Osmonds (farwell tour 2012) Magnum, skid Row, Bon Jovi AC/DC Iron Maiden Deep Purple Jean Michel Jarre, Jeff Waynes War Of The World ......the list could go on for a bit

My very first concert was with my mom. I was probably close to 10 years old. We went to see "Tony Orlando and Dawn". :oP~ Then as a teenager, my first concert with friends I saw "Bob Seger".

The Rolling Stones 1972 in Chicago...The Exile On Main Street Tour...and...believe it or not...Stevie Wonder was the front band...
