Hey superstar, If people don't understand and accept you for who you are then the HELL with them. They are not worth getting to know. There are so many good people still left in this world.

I think people fear what they do not understand.....Why not just keep it to yourself for a while. Tell them on a need to know basis. This way, they'll get to know you without that being in the back of their mind.....

well, partying all nite long aint like it used to and anyone not going with you because you cant do that in my own opinion just wants to party, but your young and pretty and i dont think you have anything to worry about, as far as the epilepsy(hope that is spelled right) i that is not something so horrible that i would think it scares people away!!!! me i would be more scared of the pnuebonic plague so any woman out there with that just quarntee that off!!!!man my half of the brain that usually spells just shut off tonite for some reason!!!!!

well why is it anyones fault when they decide to leave

granted it is not a cool thing here


but lets put it in perspective


would you rather they hide whatever it is that

causes them to leave (illness obesity drugs attitude whatever)

and let the frustrations build (possibly becoming abusive)

and then leaving in five years after you invest yourself even deeper into them

maybe everyone should just be grateful the jerk left when they did b4 it got even more involved

Everybody wants instant gratifacation & no commitments..
If you look at most guys profiles they say just looking for friends w/benifits or friends blah blah..

If some dosn't want you for who you are- than you would'nt want
them either... Those are shallow people! Someday you will find
someone who wants you for who you are- the whole package...
And thats when the fireworks begin....................

I think like most people have said it is ignorance and fear. But eventually you'll find someone, my cousin's daughter is an epileptic and she got married ealier this summer. SO I believe it is just a matter of finding someone who loves you enough to accept you as you are, the good and the not so good. To be honest I think there are some people who are so ignorant of the subject they think it is contagious.

sometimes you have to separate the Men from the Boys , guys who bolt because You have epilepsy are probably afraid it depends on how long you have known them or when you tell them.

If they are not man enough to understand Your condition then you don't want to be with them in the first place right???

look at it as divine intervention.

a real Man is not stirred or flustered by such things and will be there to support you because he cares.
