I delete all the views of people I would not be interested in. Then the ones I might be interested in I copy and paste sentences from their profile and Google it. If any identical sentences occur in any other persons profile, I know they are scammers. Then, I submit the report by advising that they are scammers and the wording in their profiles is on other profiles with different names and different pictures. I copy and past the entire Google visible portion with the exact wording and if more than one, I paste as many as possible. Within about 3 days they are gone sometimes sooner. They do come back with different user names, but many use the same pictures over and over again. Time consuming to say the least, and it doesn't keep them off, because they always come back. Also, those I don't report I block if I see their English is bad and they claim to be from a country that has English as a primary language. I always block those that start with "Am" so and so. Also block people using two first names as user name and many of those who use numbers at the end of their usernames. Numbers are used to keep track of which persona they are using at any given time. I try to be part of the solution, but it really is somewhat futile.

 its never a dig..lol laugh with me, laugh at me...just as good. I no I'm a choppy writer to say the least, I didn't get it right in 12 years of school so I decided to take 28 years of from writing and I bet some would wish I took another 28 off. Ok its basically a war on scammers/spammers and its a 'daily' report on how many if any,did you get and to cut the bs..its about having people report the obvious profiles as they come. Its only us that can fix the problem,or at least be the main detectors. I think if everyone gets on the same page then I'm positive we will see a HUGE decline in a short period of time. we can gauge that on this thread with everyone's cooperation... we can also share each other experiences, like; what tipped you off as to why it was fake, the laughable things ect. It would be nice to liberate this site and these good citizens of these Countries that are continuously condemned for others. If we are not part of the solution. .then we must be part of the problem! Sorry again for my writing but I don't write it, I think it! like Manson said "I never killed anyone..I think" it! Your writing is purrrrrrrfect Stud Muffin  ...I used to block and delete ...That was before the invasion when I was only receiving one sometimes two a day ...Now, I am getting five or six a day complete with friend invites ...So, starting today I'm switching to report, block, delete... ...Changing my mail settings is not an option because I talk to men and women of all ages the world over! ...That's one of my favorite things about being a member, world wide mingling... Ah thank you Leigh, you sure can make a fella feel good inside and uncontrollably up and down I did up grade to the Samsung Galaxy S4 so it will underline my many (its not a word) f* ups as I go.(big help) Yes that sounds good; block the creeps and report the thieves. If he's a snake in the grass then block & pass if that snakes got wings then report as quick as a blink..unless of course.. that snakes a horse  do you look like this from the side {{ Hanging around KiK to long.... that's my excuse. I try to be a contributing member here And YES i have flagged or reported obvious BS profiles and fake personas many times ! There is only so many folks on the staff here And they can't possibly catch all the faking and scamming without the help of members reporting it as well... MINGLE2 ROCKS THE PLANET ...Because of folks like YOU ! \\ ....\/.... So yeah i agree with you Pony ! that's a great 'answer, its the tude dude great attitude Mary melons  KiK.lol that was funny man That's perfect, it just seems like 95% of what I have herd is everyone is quick to say the S word but that 95% is just sweeping it under the rug for the next person to deal with. so they are essentially feeding then. It seems like every fall the scammers get worse but then I figure they expect the holiday season makes people more vunerable. People spend more time on line when weather gets dreary. You will always get more "attention" before birthdays.
I have gotten where I report a lot more suspicious looking profiles. I still think it comes down to just being careful. Have a good security program, cross reference the scammer ID sites, and just be really suspicious wait to give phone numbers which pretty much tells people your life history. Most of the scammers are not that bright; people should be able to answer career appropriate questions. They should know basic information about where they say they live lol the weather on that day. If you keep track of what they tell you and make too many slips. Or they never quite answer questions you ask. Legit people are proud of where they went to school or been in the service if they can't answer basic questions rapidly in chat you know they are personas. If I find someone that is particularly flagrant I won't just report them to Mingle but to the scammer sites. I figure it doesn't cost them much to swipe pictures but it is more expensive to keep buying more phone numbers. |

This is a DIRECT violation of the criminal code Act of sec I52 under the humane society's penal code system traced by Inter Pol and made punishable by law. And I love it SO put that in your pipe and smoke it Talk about vigilante justice..good for you Wow interesting post, I will read it a few more times for sure and write more as a lot of that stuff you are doing is all foreign to me. I found that interesting about the # at the end as it does make sense to keep track of each persona. I also notice a lot of people in the forums do that as well,generally with birthdays or age. That is cool how you 'paste n trace' but it does sound like it can be time consuming. Well one could never accuse you of not doing your part. Unfortunately it sounds like its just a mere inconvenience for then though. I believe if you report, then that pic can never be uploaded again as mingle will block. I changed my settings for a while, too, but as someone else said, it blocks potential (semi) normal people....so now I just delete. After making a weird face.... I don't mind if someone views me- obviously- but this one guy perved my profile like 5 times in a row. WTF??? The only thing that really bothers me is I have to keep clicking "remove", I guess I should remove about once a week to save time. Yeah; I spend way too much time hitting the remove button. I don't even check the profiles; I just remove as most of the guys are 30 years younger than me. Its annoying as it takes time to remove them all. Too bad there wasn't a check box that we could mark off and remove them all at once. |

If I clicked on their profile would it show deactivated? Often if I ignore the mail or nudge, then check them a day latter it almost always shows deactivated. So if that's true then they may block us after so many hours as they know we have been on line many times/hours. that makes sense as we know they like to work fast that way you can't review the profile at a latter time. basically you don't show that your venerable which would put their persona at a higher risk. Its like fishing,and there is always easier fish to catch. What are scammer sites ? |

I do quite a FEW things, to make em pause and think.
After they tell me they need however much money to "come and see me", I retort with "Well, I need �100, 000, 000, so could you please lend me that amount? I await your response. I looking forward for hearing from you". Things along those line's. And they normally stop bothering me after that. Or I pretend to have really weird fetishes, and I ask the scammer if they would like to join me. That works also. |

Next thing ya know you just turn into this raged animal..lol I started laughing when I saw that �1,OOO,OOO & then a saw the other three ooo on the next colum my jar droped.. no jk lol thats too much man..then you invite em for sex that f*_ ed that was really a blast & the funny things are the thing people think is a joke are true and stuff they would believe, is a joke. And they are used for people using different names, in different cities, and in different countries even on this site, not to mention others. They do not track the pictures. Some even have pictures used in the scam, which I often see on this site. I have a good memory because I used to work in investigation and it was very helpful! I said I was a mountain man,down the coastline from the top of Barenoff islands in the top of the Alaskan pan handle to just short of Cali Back up the Rockies from Montana to the Yukon territories, " Chips were flyin' & Squirrel were Cryin'" just about to whole f...n way (& maybe a gf or two ..lol) but that's not what I meant, even the ones in the before pick are big for me. The others I would end up with a big kink in my neck,falling a sleep on them, or suffocate to death. That's what me thinks. I just delete them with no malice, if I even get a little annoyed then they win.I did get one the other day that made me laugh, a young woman who said she was from North Hollywood California, New York made me a favorite, wow I didn't realize California was in New York.Too funny
