there is no way I felt good about myself when I weighed much much more. I am still no barbie but I feel alot better about who I am and where I am at. If I could have looked myself in the mirror 120#'s ago, and liked what I saw why change but I did not plus I could not even walk half of the time. Now I have no problem at all with that and like life.
