I've been told by two independent sources about my partner to be. The right one that is, whom I have yet to meet. One told me about him Dec 2012 and the other last weekend. Both stories describe the same type of man:
Someone who absolutely does have strength of character, but who will appear dull and boring to me, and it's someone who is rather serious. Because of this, I will regard him as a friend at first and it will take time before other feelings will develop.
I'm so excited Makes me feel to go out there and live, get my fair share of naughty-ness and excitement before life is over.
Kinda silly, because deep down I know I'm best of with someone who has inner peace and tranquility, wisdom and I've noticed that often I feel drawn to this type. But still ...
Somehow wished both had told me it's gonna be an incredible hunk of a guy in leather trousers, very attractive and swarmed by women.
No, hang on, I wouldn't want that either.

One other thing that they said, is that we would travel a lot. The exact same thing JeannieBean told me 4 months ago. I'm happy about that! I love traveling!

Shite thing is that both also told me that I will meet a so called 'wrong' guy as well. Both described as "light" types. How am I sposed to tell which one is which? Oh wait, life will tell me.
I suppose if the guy excites me, I know he's the wrong one. Great! Marvelous! I'm chuffed!
So go for the one that's boring, steer clear from the exciting one.
Sigh. I need an exciting date before life is over, hahaha

Sounds like you're profusely bored with life. Maybe follow your own standard advice and get some counselling to find a goal in life other than projecting on others.

Moe, yeah, I know. It's not like I'm gonna sit in my chair all day and wait for whomever to knock on my door.
I start work on Wednesday and Thursday, I'm going out on a regular basis, so meeting new people, doing a workshop Friday with 4 other women, if that works out, we'll do more, got our gig coming up in April (me singing, doing backing vocals and some percussion) and need to rehearse for that regularly and so on. So I got plenty on the agenda that gets me out there! Not lonely either, I'm really enjoying my life :) Only thing I do miss is steaming hot... oh well ...

But the supermarket and pickles is a good one. I'm out of pickles, lol
