Topic: Sacrifice for others or Do what your heart says???

Please suggest your thoughts about sacrificing for others even if we get hurt or just go ahead and do what your heart says believing it will be good for all. Sacrifice??? Or stick to your heart???

People sacrifice every day for the good of others. Mothers, Fathers, soldiers, whoever. They do it because of the need to do it, to feel fulfilled. The heart is but one quantifier.
