I too believe that things are not just about Brown, but about an accumulation of the environment and all the Browns before that everything has a tipping point,, perhaps this will be the one to inspire change and progress for that town,,,, ditto's... change and progress can only come through words that do not divide people into two sides... and that won't come until the fires burning in Ferguson are burning throughout half the usa. for what we have now is a tinder box awaiting the display of actions of all those who have been hating within for years and decades... it will not get better, before it gets worse... as all are experts of putting them self on the good winning side, andf their friends and agreeer's. but that leaves a HUGE OTHER SIDE... a house divided against it self shall not stand. why? because all in the house who think less of others in the house will turn on each other, destroying the house. as wise leaders know, none shall listen until first they have had their fill of destroying and accusing all others they think are less than them self. cedar point, here comes the usa. |

Awwww... In the midst of all the attention, the ku klux klowns felt left out. Knowingly traveling to a gunfight, with the intent of participation, isn't covered under "self defense". I wonder which ACLU Jew attorney, is gonna get stuck defending the morons. It doesn't matter if they travel in or not. Any American is able to defend themselves against force. What gets me is the KKK is no different then Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson. They are ALL race baiters. Clearly the statutes have to do with the law since they are the law. Look up the 171 and 200 laws. It's pretty simple you cant match force with reasonable force. I use the 171's daily, arrest by private person. John Doe enters a store grabs and conceals a bottle of liquor in his pants and walks out the door. Store employee Sam Smith approaches him and identifies himself as a store employee, Doe tells Smith to F off and pushes Smith. Smith can use reasonable force to make a citizens arrest, which usually starts with a physical redirection and if that doesn't work Smith takes Doe to the ground and restrains him. Doe then gets charged with strong armed robbery for using force or the threat of force to retain stolen items. Same scenario. Doe hits Smith, Smith hits back and knocks Doe out and restrains him. It is legally self defense as long as Smith doesn't keep hitting Doe after the threat is neutralized. Same scenario. Smith takes Doe to the ground to restrain him, Doe pulls out a knife during the struggle and Smith then starts punching, using more force or possibly using a control move on Doe (like a headlock, which is legal but most companies don't allow it). Still legal under self defense laws and Doe goes to jail for Armed Robbery. Same scenario. Smith approaches Doe and starts hitting him before any other interaction. Smith would be the one more then likely going to jail. Same Scenario. Doe is restrained for the theft, while restrained Smith hits Doe. Smith is going to jail. Hate to break your little bubble but statutes are far from laws, they are color of law, legal. But if you want law then refer to the state constitution, Article 1, Section 1. That is the law. And that is one screwed up constitution but what can one expect, it was during the tenure of Lincoln, after the republic was abolished and the corporate state started. Refer to: Congress Adjourns Sine Die March 27th 1861, the day the constitution died. |

So the defenseless get hurt and their property destroyed? Self defense laws cover protecting someone else and someone else's property as well. I find that hilarious. Self defense can only be initiated when there is a threat or intimate fear of a threat. Inciting to riot cancels all of that as that is the threat. And just what protection of property prevails when one set of crazies line up on the street and another set of crazies arrive to challenge? There is no way any protection can be claimed, just the possibility of even more damage and danger. |
